Why Sathya did this ?!!!

When she wants job, she asked help to Karthik, when Shampoo got accident she asked to Karthik now why she denies his help . Annachi told he will give money arround evening,doctor told as soon as they pay it they will start the operation. She can accept money from karthik and tell to start the operation ? Or if she feels bad she can return the money after annachi gave why she is waiting till evening ?

Its was the stupid decision made by her. She is not smart enough than evil minded gayu😡😡
