I felt like she gave some answers just to give answers and not because she was being honest. I'm not calling her a liar. But it feels like she's sort of trolling the interviewer just so she won't give out too much, which makes her pretty clever. Personally I always felt that she was the closest to Sid and Varun but then again maybe I read her interviews and body language wrong.

On a different note, someone mentioned that Parineeti wanted more with Sid. Did they date during HTP days? Or was just good chemistry and vibe that the media ran with? Back to Alia, I always got the impression that whatever happened with her and Arjun during 2 States that he took it much more seriously than she did.

Yeah in some parts,I too felt like she was trolling the interviewer...Like the bad boy line was understandable but "I hate nice ppl" felt like a joke😆...same goes for the answer abt the equation b/w her contemporaries...If it was a vid IV,we cud've judged the real deal from her expressions..She is closest to Sid and Varun..but its just friendship at this point with a tinge of attraction may be..Yeah,Alia doesnt seem all that invested in Arjun..Either Arjun got too serious or he is just playing along with the rumours as it ensures good PR for him

there was a blind about Parineeti being attracted to Sid during HTP,tried to cut down weight and got makeover(this part I feel is bull) but Sid moved on as soon as the movie got over...Parineeti did confess in some FF IV,she had a crush on Sid while they were filming HTP...she was gaga over him in the recent DEI promotions though hence the speculation..Obviously none of these rumours are confirmed as of yet

i completely agree some of the answers didn't seem genuine...just answering for the point...noting wrong with that though...agree with the arjun don't think she was half as interested in him as he was...i think she played along with it during 2 states cause she knew it was helping their film...during hskd promotions it was obvious that she and varun do have a genuine close friendship
