This season's concept of bringing the ex-contestants and celebrities as part of panel is quite interesting and adds enough spiciness to it. And most of the time these ex-contestants air the views of the majority of the audience infront of the BB inmates.In this way even the audience feels involved in the show,which is a great way to increase the viewership by colors channel.
And salman khan always takes the side of the one who gets bullied most so that,that contestant doesn't get into a shell.To make sure every contestant gets a fair chance to show themselves and play their game he evens out the field by taking class of bullies gang.At the same time he makes sure to pump up those quiet contestants who don't get noticed,so that they also come to the forefront and show themselves.
In the first week gautam was bullied and sidelined so he supported him,next shonali was bullied so he told off the bullies gang. Upen and Arya were being almost invisible so he keeps telling them to play their game and come to the forefront.And he did the same with natasha the first week.
Its not only for them,its necessary for the show.Unless every contestant gives his/her full potential the show would become boring.
If the weekend episodes were simply about telling the result then I dont think anyone would be interested to watch it,coz we can always check on the net that who is out and simply skip to the weekday episode.
The more they grill contestants the more they will come out of their comfort zone and more enjoyable they will make the show.Groupism would destroy the game,coz with groupism comes the feeling of security that they will have support behind them no matter how bizarre they act.And this would make them lethargic and the show would go down the drain coz the game would become one-sided.So to even out the field,weekend grillings are required
