What a ridiculous question. Ali is as indian as they get, can you not make it out from the way he speaks and behaves ? He lives in middle east like millions of other indians, perfectly normal. And if anything, he lives in dubai which is much much more liberal than India. Ali is a chilled out guy, anything but conservative. What he is doing to the women is a part of his game, he is trying to break the dominant group and its a coincidence that most of them are females even though he's troubled sushant as well who is a male.
