Maybe they needed an item number for her like Dhoom3? it seems like every time they have one for her the movie does better... People want to see you shake that booty kitty no one wants to be tortured with your acting.

nobody is even talking about this movie in real life😆...it's only Haider everywhere...i am not a shahid fan but i am surprised how many ppl are watching Haider and loving it

na my friends watched the movie and today we were talking about it
they liked the movie
the collections of movie is shocking
it didn't even cross 150 crore
about the movie only hrithik was good in the movie

140 is the India total. All of you forgot to add in the overseas total which would send the film into a profit because the film has earned around 60-70 crore overseas which would take the film to a 200+ crore status. Whether one likes to believe it or not, the film has reached the hit range and is not a flop. Also, don't forget TV & distribution rights which will also add another 30-40 crore into this huge sum. I hope the bitter souls understand how the trade works now. 😆

exactly, it might not be as big as BB but it's done decent :)

The Curious Case of Bang Bang!

As all of us is talking about BOI collections, let me get straight to the point!

BOI saying BB will finish at around 140cr mark.. add to that around 5 cr dubbed.. so around 145cr (nett) india lifetime!

Now, everyone is saying it UNDERPERFORMED or is a FLOP..

i say, its utter rubbish!

if u see this chart from BOI, u will realise BB has some weird sort of a ratio.. (BOI WEEK1 TERRITORIAL CHART)

these type of situations arises wheneva the film is NOT made for universal audience, BB is NOT pretentious, they didnt made it as a pan-indian appeal, also as u can see with the OVERSEAS figures of around $ 9-10 mn, u can easily see, it has done phenomenonal business there... y is it so?

THE REASON is SIMPLE!

BB is NOT to be compared to a CE, or a KICK, its NOT made in that way... its more on the lines of a DON2 (more appealing than DON 2 though ) , MYSORE, TAMIL NADU and all the SOUTH CIRCUITS did phenomenal business as a result.. MUMBAI/DELHI,UP underperform as it didnot had a pan-India appeal!

so chill guyz, the film was NEVER made to shatter records.. it was a cool film made for a festivity atmosphere, the BB team never took the film seriously..

also u can see with the promotions of BB , they never targetted the MASSES , the intention of making BB was never the MASSES, but a cool audience of India, and it doing a 140-145 is what they will take with BOTH hands! they always knew, the film will sell like hot potatoes at the overseas and it is doing so!

140cr budget includes HR's remuneration whereas Salman takes the Satellite Rights as his fees.. so we SHOULD include BB's satellite right as its revenue if we include HR's fees in its budget!

hope, u ppl get the motive of making BB, not to forget its almost a shelved project!
