Trisha's 'innocence'

Personally for me I think Trisha ought to be the one who is behind it all- also she has been proven to be quite the wild, irresponsible and spoiled daughter of the Swaikas and what bugs me is the way she is shown as helpless and innocent contrary to what her personality reflects, as if the writers are forcing that image of her which comes off as insincere and unconvincing

Amrita being a character who often advocates for that non-existing innocence, seeing as she is her naive mother who is blind to her daughter's faults in spite of claiming to be a good mother(remember her laughing at Trisha disturbing a school lesson and playing pranks on the teacher when she should have been learning- any sensible mother would have discouraged such behaviour!!) and also walking around with a pretentious and self-righteous air and what not as if her parenting were superior to the other family members, not that any of them are good at it of course, they all regard it as a competition, Amrita seems more fixated on proving herself as a good mother rather than really seeing the reality which is that her teenage daughter has committed some wrong decisions.

If Trisha has ran away and not been kidnapped it would bring the story/plot some originality which is lacking at the moment. I feel the reason of someone kidnapping her due to her knowing secrets of the family is insufficient and doesn't spur as much interest as a self-conceived plan would.

Even after seeing proofs of how Trisha had lied to her, hidden such crucial secrets from her, she still thinks Trisha is an innocent victim.

Wonder how Amrita will react when she realizes Trisha already knew abt her dad's affair with Neha and used that to blackmail Neha for the false medical certificate...wonder if she will still try to prove Trisha as innocent?

Trisha not only betrayed her mother by hiding that secret but also used it to get her own way. Shes almost as crooked as her dad and aunt. Shes a true Swaika!

I hate to see her get away unscathed, Amrita should own up to her daughters mistakes if she wants to be a better mother, which unfotunately she isnt.

Yes agree with those who said about amrita laughing at pranks that trisha played on her teacher! So ridiculous, which parent in ther right mind would encourage such behavior in school ? Ill tell you, an irresponsible one. Amrita ought to rear up her own kids and not simply dump them on the maid, she has plenty of time to do so, no excuses. It is kabirs job to investigate trishas whereabouts, hers should be to devote more time to sanya.

Its good maybe she will start to take care of her won kids now, once she leaves prateek. The maid shouldnt have to fill in for her absence, amrita is supposed to mother Sanya after all not the Mala.

She probably wanted to teach her dad a lesson by running away, but the unknown kidnapper later abducted her and now asked for ransom.

The kidnapper not just wants money, he wants revenge from Prateek and Amrita Swaika!

So he/she wont let Trisha go even after getting ransom...also because Trisha knows his/her identity, he/she cannot take the risk of letting her go home.
