Rehan's character was first shown as the defense lawyer for in Zubbu case (I'm not talking about his entry scene) ,a fast forward track. It was simply a client-lawyer relationship at that time. But it was when Zain risked his life to save Kabir from the kidnappers the relationship changed into this so called ''Bhai jaisa'' one. So don't think it's only Rehan who is being so helpful to ZaYa all the time. The thing is Zain doesn't boast about this all the time,when he met Rehan in Hyderabad for the first time he thanked him for being there for Aaliya so to speak. But think about it,why did Rehan choose to help only Aaliya and not Zain??!! Both of them needed this friend that time,we all know Zain made a mistake but he was willing to rectify it and wanted to reconcile with Aaliya. But Rehan chose to help only Aaliya.
So the help now Rehan is doing is just to return the favour he received from Zain that day when Kabir was kidnapped,simple as that. So stop being so mahaan and a bechara as if you were being betrayed by your freinds Mr rehan!!!
