How on earth did Luna know??

hey in hp5 movie.......

wen everyone was fighting da deatheaters in department of mysteries...luna uses a spell on a death eater n dat spell was levicorpus........

how come luna knows abt it coz of da fact dat it was one of the spells created by Snape(half blood prince)....dat too it came out in the 6th book.........😕

Lupin did say dat spells come in and outta fashion...
so she could have picked up from some place else...or her father might have told her...

But there are speculations which suggest dat Luna has a more imp role dan she seems to have been portraid...

Completely agree. Also i think that minor details had to be lifted from HBP so that there is room for more things in the movie so it could just be another trick by the director

its a movie na...so its not exactly like the book
maybe they ran out of spells...cause in the book they write

show some spells.....

After I read the sixth book, I thought that the Levicorpus spell was only known by a few people but the fourth book contradicts that. In the fourth book, after the quidditch world cup, when the ministry officials are getting the muggles down from being stuck in the air,(thanks to the death eaters and they nasty ideas of fun)the ministry officials us the spell "Liberacorus" which counteracts "Levicorpus". If the ministry knew about it, then the spell must not have been all that unpopular.

Actually, in the Order of the Phoenix it states that Levicorpus was quite a popular spell in the time of the Marauders.
