Friends,

Yesterday's episode was all about AkDha's bonding with Hasan. The amount of time they spent together indicates that the happy times are drawing to a close. Unwritten rule of TV shows - If the lead couple is unduly happy, they are headed for a great fall soon.

Catfight between Birbal and Tansen amidst a serious court discussion over how to proceed with Mewar leaves Jalal bemused.

But the most intriguing part of the episode was the mystery over which child had been poisoned by Zeenat.

I loved the scenes between Jalal and Jodha. He was the perfect husband - considerate, supportive and ready to lend his broad shoulders for Jodha to lean on when she got flustered. She was troubled by ominous thoughts of impending catastrophe regarding the twins. Jalal seemed to reassure himself more when he said that he wouldn't allow anything to happen to his children.

The mystery over which child had been poisoned by Zeenat continued. Early on, it looked as if it might be Hussein, who spit up a bit of curdled milk in his sleep. But the hakima declared him to be quite well. This made Zeenat believe that it must be Hasan who was poisoned.

The precap seemed to reiterate this point, as it showed Hasan silent in his mother's arms, his face stained by vomitted milk. Jodha seemed to be trying desperately to wake him up while Jalal looked anguished, as if he didn't know how to reveal the truth to Jodha.

Let's wait and watch how the precap is actually presented on Monday. On Thursday, the precap showed something similar, but nothing happened to Hussein. Likewise it may be possible that Hasan will be found alright on Monday.

If it's really Hasan who has been poisoned, then the promo may happen in which Jalal requests Ruq to return Hussein to Jodha and she refuses. At this juncture, Ruq may be aided by Zeenat in trying to create a rift between JJ, so that she becomes the MUZ with ease.

This tragic overplay of emotions was offset by humor in the form of a faceoff between Tansen and Birbal in front of Jalal himself. Finally Jalal had to intervene to put an end to their childish squabbles. He asked the two of them to exchange their court duties the next day so that they would understand just how difficult the other's job was. At the same time, he looked forward to watching their antics as they desperately try to outwit each other.

Jodha was amazed to hear that the two had been thus "punished" / "put in place". Jalal reminded her that the rivalry between Jodha and Ruq was somewhat similar. For he had overheard her laughing at Ruq's plight when Hussein had vomitted at night. But Jodha was also quick to remind him that her rivalry with Ruq was a thing of the past now and she had only been amused by the extent of Ruq's love for Hussein.

Beautiful Scene of the Day

Loved the scene when Jalal wished his son would grow up to be a great warrior. Jodha simply added that she wished her son to be like Jalal - generous / tolerant, respectful towards all, and treating all religions as one. Jalal couldn't have agreed more. 😊

Nice Post Radhika..

I will keep this a short comment.. I want to write about about the Precap and Promo.

Acc. to me , nothing is going to happen to Hasan.
Precaps, and that too, on weekends, are aired to raise the BP of viewers and make them curious. This is a tested "Rambaan" of the Creatives.

Hasan is also probably under same type of problem like Husain was.
I think the Precap's scene will be followed by Hakima entering the Hojra and giving some medicines to Hasan, and he will be well.

About the Promo, it can be dream of Ruqs, when she gets to know that Hasan is not well, and she may think that now she will become MUZ and if Jalal asks then she will refuse giving the Kid back..?..

Also, How can Jalal ask back the kid from Ruqayya .?.
According to farman, he can ONLY ask the Kid back when Ruqayya errs a bit..
And right now, Ruqs is being shown as a GOOD Mother..
Isn't it.?.

If this scene happens then Jalal would be proved to be a person going back on his words..Which is NOT possible...

OR

Jalal may ONLY ask Ruqs to ALLOW to keep Hussain with Hasan, as these two bro's would feel better in each others company..BUT this is LEAST possible scenario...

Promo is misleading..Whatever may be the scenario , Hasan would be fine..

PS :: Birbal and Tansen scene was funny. BTW, Birbal was a good singer, but i fear what will happen to Tansen.?. LOL

Sorry I couldn't join you much yesterday :( But I will respond to you all today on this thread made for yesterday's episode 😊

Let's continue our discussions here till Monday's episode airs. 😊

I would say, relax and enjoy the weekend - do not place too much importance on the precap or spoilers / promos because Zee is known to be manipulative in such cases.

As for the Dussehra symbolism, do you guys remember the Shivaratri symbolism promotion? Nothing happened then except that Jodha witnessed Benazir letting a snake bite her on her tongue. 😆

Similarly for the Dussehra one. Remember Jodha tells Jalal that she feels as if he has not really been successful in finishing off Ravana and the latter is still lurking somewhere closeby and laughing at them?

This was the message that was INTENDED to be conveyed but got lost in transit.

Evil in the form of Zeenat/Ruq is still closeby and waiting for the opportunity to strike again. This nearness of evil is what is making Jodha, a pure soul, restless and fearful for the twins. A mother usually knows when something is wrong with her child. Speaking from personal experience. 😊

I don't know what will happen on Monday, but if Jodha is so taken in by what's happened to Hasan, it has to be something more serious than just his vomiting some milk. Jalal too looks as if he doesn't know how to approach Jodha about what's happened to Hasan. 😕

At the same time, I would say, the babies have to die. That is inevitable. Prepare mentally to watch this. But also prepare yourself to wonder at the togetherness between JJ that will follow this tragedy. Henceforth, they will always be together, never staying apart for any length of time. 😊

PS: A baby throwing up milk is quite normal. It usually happens because the valve at the end of the food pipe that opens into the stomach is still weak in babies and may not close properly after the feeding is over. This allows the milk to come back up the food pipe into the mouth. It's actually painful for the child because this milk also brings with it stomach acid that irritates the throat/chest. Medically known as gastro-intestinal reflux disorder. Babies who regularly throw up milk are kept in an upright posture for sometime till the milk has been digested.

Sorry for this ^^^ lecture, but, the show is sending wrong signals about many things, including this one. A baby throwing up milk is neither due to drinking excessive milk nor due to a stomach upset always.

I disagree. 😊 Jodha and Jalal looked as if something was serious. A mother usually knows when her child is sick. I am not saying Hasan is seriously sick but he may have something more than just vomitting of milk. Do you remember he did not drink milk in last night's episode? There is something wrong with him, even if he does not die.

I am saying from my experience. 😊

This makes me very irritated. Birbal was NOT a court jester, as being portrayed in the show. He was trained in singing and music from childhood. He was known to be a good singer and musician BEFORE he joined Akbar's court as a singer/musician (and not as a clown). He was very intelligent and influenced Akbar's decisions and was also capable of leading military charges. I am getting frustrated by this portrayal of Birbal.

I don't know about Tansen being good or bad at making people laugh. But I doubt if they really fought like schoolboys, as being shown?

I would say don't get frustrated. The CVs are known to show JJ in a poor light and glorify Ruq. Just ignore this. Enjoy the show. Many friends rely on you to stay positive and if you also feel frustrated, then where will they go? 😊

Thanks Abhay and Radhika for the beautiful analysis.

It was a very good episode. Loved Akdha bonding and also the last scene where they were taking care of Hassan was very touching. Hassan was so cute but at the same time I felt so sad that we may not get to see them after next week. Since Hussein is with Ruks, I do not get to see him much as I always FF Ruks scenes.

I just cried with Jodha while watching the Precap. I too think Hassan will be okay for now and Somehow Kids are going to be together. Zeenat will make her move and get caught. I am expecting Zeenat to be caught by at least Tuesday Precap.

I am still not sure if Ruks is going to team up with Zeenat. But she will do something where her intentions will be out which will make Jalal angry.

I do agree we do know twins will die but watching heart broken JJ is going to very very hard. I somehow want next week to end fast.

I could not enjoy the DEK scene at all as my mind was full of Hassan and Hussein and Akdha

I want this Glorification of Ruks to end. enough of tolerating her..Jodha for once I want to see you questioning Ruks.

I want to see both the twins back with JJ for one last time.

And thanks for clearing these unscientific things, the show is showing.I was amazed by the stupidity of Hakima sahiba saying that the baby drank excess milk.We all know ,that the taste buds of the babies are not so developed early on that they will eat or drink something in excess.They know when to stop drinking milk when their tummy is full.

First ,it was obstetrics and now it's pediatrics ,Ekta is insulting.I really want AIMC to file a case against BT now.

Coming back to show ,now they are playing guessing games with the viewers .As if ,it is KBC and we have two options of who being poisoned Hassan or Hussein.Disgusting it is,right?

I had anticipated drama quotient with kids death but the PH has gone too far this time.I really feel bad for the kids.

I really want justice for those lovely babies.First zeenat should be caught and also kids will get real justice when actually Ruku is punished.Those kids have been subjected to evil plans and drama by her even before they were born.Hussein has suffered more Becoz of her stubborness..

Well whatever punishment Ruku gets from Jalal ,her biggest punishment is that she looses out on Jalal now.His distancing from her is what it is going to affect her.Whatever plans she makes to separate Jajo, the more they come closer.After Suja track,Jajo came closer mentally and physically.A much needed thing for any ordinary marriage .But this track of kids death ,will bring Jajo spiritually together and this much needed in an extra ordinary marriage like Jajo.These two are really extra ordinary. Not because they are royals ,but because of their thinking ,their qualities and the problems these guys have faced ,an ordinary couple would never ever dream of .

When Atgah or MA died ,it was more of Jalal.But with HH ,it's their shared sorrow.Rather it will be a bit more of Jo as a mother.I want to see how Jalal becomes her supporting pillar and takes her out from the grief .

After this track is over,I am pinning my hopes on seeing journey of Jo from Jodha begum to Abhay's MUZ and not just by giving birth to Salim but by becoming one of the most respected and powerful lady of those times.

Beautiful analysis as usual. I look forward to your insightful take on the episodes.

I thought the episode was good. There was comedic banter to lighten the mood, but mostly there was dread of what is to follow. We, know history and we are prepared, but that does not protect us from the fact that what is about to occur in the next few episodes will be heart wrenchingly sad.

The one hope atleast for the next two days is the supposed switch of Tansen and Birbal. If that comic scene comes before the promo part then it proves nothing, but if it is still pending till the promo scene is aired then it means that the promo is misleading and the kids are fine. Another thing is Ekta is a religious and superstitious person. She won't show evil winning on Dussehra day.

My take still is that an antidote will be given to the kid poisoned after Zeenat is caught. There will be some happy scenes thereafter, maybe that Birbal-Tansen scene and then sorrow again as the kids fall ill and die.

Thanks for the info and beautiful analysis.Got a chance to watch last two episodes.Liked both of them,especially MD's plan and akdha scenes much.From what I saw I think its Hasan who is poisoned but I also believe hakim might for time being save him and this would make them confirm what md said was right and that fire set was not an accident but a conspiracy to kill the babies
And may be that could be the reason Jalal want Hussain back so both could be together and protected.I still
Believe that the precap is not clearly shown and somehow Hussain will come back to Jo and like abhay said this might lead to zeenat and ruq join hands like co-conspirators with different agenda(ruq may wish to get Hussain back by showing Jo as careless while zeenat may poison Hussain)
