Fitness freaks in telly land: Part II

1. Achint Kaur — Heavy weights
Favourite exercise:
I am into heavy weights.
How often do you work out? I work out four times a week.
How many hours? An hour-and-a-half.
One person whose body you would like to have: I am a self obsessed person and love my body. I don't look at other people's bodies.

2. Shveta Salve — Toned legs

Favourite exercise:
I love working on my legs.
How often do you work out? I am not very regular, but do it when I have the time.
How many hours? An hour-and-a-half.
One person whose body you would like to have: Right now I am happy with my body, but at 40 I would like to turn into Demi Moore.





3. Manasi Verma — Cardio
Favourite exercise:
I love doing cardio more than weights.
How often do you work out? Thrice a week.
How many hours? 45 minutes.
One person whose body you would like to have: J-Lo, I don't think I would get her butt, but otherwise she has an appealing body


4. Rucha Gujarathi — Leg exercise
Favourite exercise:
Working on my legs.
How often do you work out? I rarely get the time, but when I do I concentrate on the legs.
How many hours? One to one-and-a-half hours.
One person whose body you would like to have: J – Lo.


5. Jassvir Kaur — Stretching
Favourite exercise:
I do a lot stretching.
How often do you work out? I try to workout whenever time permits. I also like going for long walks on shoots.
How many hours? 1 hour 15 minutes.
One person whose body you would like to have: Halle Berry.





6. Nigaar Z Khan — Crunches
Favourite exercise:
Abdomen crunches.
How often do you work out? Three times a week.
How many hours? One to one and a half hours.
One person whose body you would like to have: I am happy with my body and am working towards making it better.

7. Priya Wal — Tennis
Favourite exercise:
I love playing tennis. That's my way of exercising.
How often do you work out? I hardly get time these days, but on Sundays I play for a while.
How many hours? An hour-and-a-half.
One person whose body you would like to have: I like the way Kate Moss looks. Among sportswomen, I like Steffi Graff.


8. VJ Sophia — Clubbing
Favourite exercise:
I love dancing in clubs.
How often do you work out? I make it a point to hit the floor as often as I can.
How many hours? I dance for four to five hours.
One person whose body you would like to have: I like Angelina Jolie's body. It is very fit and curvy.

Sandhya Mridul — Running
Favourite exercise:
I love to go for early morning running.
How often do you work out? I try and go for my runs three to four times a week. I also have a personal trainer who works with me in the gym.
How many hours? I run for around 40 minutes.
One person whose body you would like to have: I think Beyonce has a hot body.

10. Kulraj Randhawa — Jogging
Favourite exercise:
I love to jog early in the morning.
How often do you work out? Whenever time permits.
How many hours? I jog for around 30 - 45 minutes.
One person whose body you would like to have: Shakira is really hot, I like her body.
