Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be seen romancing in Sarkar 2 even though they are not a couple in the film. Junior Bachchan was in love with Katrina Kaif in the original but got engaged to Tanisha. "There will be a song which will be playing in the background during their romance," says a source.
Music director Bapi-Tutul who gave the famous background score Govinda Govinda in the original tells us, "We cannot confirm whether there will be any romance between Ash and Abhishek. All I can say is that we have recorded five songs for the film and two more are to be recorded."

But Ram Gopal Verma has said in his interviews that there will be no songs in Sarkar 2? "Yes there will be no lip syncing by the actors but the songs will be playing in the background just like how it was in Khosla Ka Ghosla which was appreciated," says Bapi, clearing the confusion.
Bapi-Tutul also confirm that the Govinda Govinda song will be repeated in the sequel but on a higher pitch. "Ramu wanted to make an attractive promo for Sarkar and so we created the Govinda song but even we did not expect it to make such a huge impact. We have repeated the same song in a new way again in the sequel," says Bapi.
Sarkar was about a family in a strong and powerful position .Big B is a man who does things outside the law, lives his life on his own terms. The film portrayed the complexities of a political family on a high level. There was two attempts made to murder the Godfather of Sarkar (Amitabh) but he was saved by his son. However sources say that Amitabh may die in the sequel.
When we asked Bapi whether there is any song for such a situation, he played it safe. "I know the script and I have composed the songs accordingly, which will carry the film forward but to reveal about this means disclosing the whole climax. So better wait and see the film."
Sarkar brought Amitabh Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan together and now Aishwarya will be joining the two in the sequel. The shooting for the film has started in Hyderabad.
