There were many releases like 3 AM, Balwinder Singh... Famous Ho Gaya, Chaarfutiya Chhokare, Dear vs Bear and Desi Kattey but all opened to occupancies of 0-10%. Desi Kattey managed a near 1000 screen release but occupancies were extremely dull all over.

It will be be 3 AM or Desi Kattey which are likley to have the best opening day figures but unless there is a miraculous turnaoround both films will have first day figures less than last weeks holdover films Daawat E ishq and Khoobsurat who are in their 8th day. The English film Deliver Us From Evil had by the far the best opening this week.

If Desi Kattey had collections of 1000 at a multiplex then Deliver Us From Evil was 5000 at the same theatre which is not that good but five times better. The English film will collect better despite less screenings
