Mohan had many different shades to his character, the champu, the champion and all that was in between, the innocence, the dreams, the frustration, the guilt, the anger, the disappointment, the care freeness, the responsibility, the wit, the naughtiness, the great sense of humor, which never vanished even during hardest of times. With his command on portraying different emotions in a split second, Harshad made sure viewers felt each emotion Mohan went through. His expertise in synchronizing expressions, using eyes and body language along with voice modulation, made Mohan a treat to watch!
As a friend once said part of this is his attention to detail, whenever he is presented a role he probably has his own questions to ask at the very beginning, about the background and the mannerisms of the character, which he always keeps at the back of his mind when he's playing that character. Harshad made sure, Mohan's sleeping, and walking, talking, smile and each and every expression appeared tailor made for the character. He has this ability through his sheer effort and brilliant portrayal to hook you to his characters, Mohan obviously was no different, a fact both fans and non-fans who watched him will vouch for!
Though short lived we the fans will always cherish Mohan Gala but we are even glad there are many others who would too!!!
Jai Shiri Mohan!!!
We miss our Mohan
by: Nandalala (Anji)
At once, a man like none other: whole, unwavering, sensible,
Yet, insecure, sensitive, burdened with filial responsibilities.
A son, a friend, a lover, and a husband,
shrouds himself in layers of devastating charm...
Yet, beneath it all, a fear that he may do them all irretractable harm...
Cliched he's not,
For whats right he's fought,
Taking no prisoners, cutting the drama,
A kind & confident champion in his ways,
With an aura about him that never sways...
I miss our Mohan, he with his casual tees and his vintage washed
low-rider jeans...
His slick one-liners and one track desires...
Loves to be loved, ready to attack...
Dare to reciprocate, he'll never hold back...
Meera had her Mohan, we've got our own,
Our forever rogue with a HEART of GOLD...

Hello, Hello fellow Pagals ooops I meant HCians
As luck has it
This is a write-up less FC
Yea party time
No long write-ups to read
No yawning
No falling asleep
(Yea I so expect a shoe from one of you with a note saying we love reading them but come on kitni baar? )
Its been one month, 15 days and several hours
since we saw him
It is wrong to expect our thought process to work
and come up with something befitting
In any case sometimes words are not needed
to communicate the madness
So in this FC
Just stare at his highness
While we wait for his come back
or at-least hope to see a jhalak

Its that time of our journey as a fan...when we all gear up to welcome yet another character of harshad on screen,...to make him a part of our lives...to love him...to support him!
so we thought why not relive all those moments when days seemed like light years waiting for hc's entry on his...waiting for the day our king would grace us with his presence...
(This FC has some lovely poems on HC's entry in different shows and our wait, if you get time have a look)

The Dark Knight
Waving a stick, he casually approaches
Not at all in a hurry to catch her as she runs
Barely a shadow, he whistles a haunting tune
He's not at all on a chase, yet on a hunt
Running, barely in her senses
She barely notices the jeep coming from ahead
It screeches to a stop just as she comes to a halt
And listens to her gasp out,his eyes seeing red
No wasting time in asking questions
This is a man given to instinct
He immediately steps out in a protective stance
There is no neccesity to stop and think
She huddles behind him, scared for her life
While he looks at the shadow and menacingly narrows his eyes
He is given to quickly recognizing danger
Even if the person in distress may be a stranger
His name is Raghav, descendant of Lord Ram
She has assumed the form of Siya, his eternal consort
As Raavan lurks to lure her back into his Lanka
We all know the outcome of the war that will be fought

HC doesn't just act out his characters -- he creates their stories, gives you a million reasons behind an action, with just a look. It's a technique that seems effortless, but that involved years of sweat and change -- from his roles in Mamta, Left Right Left and Amber Dhara, where he was not the focus of attention yet managed to make his presence felt. He regards his roles the way he regards his fans: unique and special, precious the way they are, an outlet for his own vast creative fervor which we hope he never stops dazzling us with!
Happy birthday, HC, and we hope the coming years will provide us more time with you, more time to delve into your roles as passionately as you act them out, more time to relish in your camaraderie with the people in your sets, more time to peel and unravel whatever you play -- to us, you're not just cute' or hot or stylish. To us you're the reason we go on a journey to understand a character, and would gladly choose to travel the same road again. Thank you for making us, your fans, part of this wonderful creative journey you have created...for being an utter gentleman who never ever loses his sense of fun. Thank you for making us love who you play as much as you do, and thank you for being the hardworking, passionate, creative force that you are!

An ode to my weeping heart
The first look, the first touch,
With each you touched my heart'
But just when I reached out to you,
You ripped my heart apart'
My world came crumbling down,
That day when I heard you speak'
The truth that made you strong,
Has surely made me weak'
I wear a smile upon my face,
Camouflaging my teary eye'
My heart yearns for you so dearly,
And you walk away saying Goodbye'
Facing the curve ball life puts at me,
I always thought I was strong'
But then my love you came in,
And my thought was proven wrong'
It took you just moments,
To hold my heart and steal'
But now my love you give me bruises,
That's gonna take a while to heal'
As the realization dawns,
I try to move on and start over'
But right then the hell breaks loose,
As your memories begin to hover'
As I bask in lonliness
I ask the One above
Why He finds it easy
To break a heart in love
I weave a canopy of our moments,
Bidding ode to this day'
And holding on to hope my love,
I dream we are together someday'

The first time I saw you...
I was engulfed by fear;
But then you lunge to save me...
Like a shining knight you appear.
You steer away the danger...
That held me in its grip;
And then the duel followed...
That made my heart beats skip.
Even when they took you...
You looked right back at me;
My fear filled eyes and welling tears...
Is all that you could see.
I was so wrong when I voiced...
A voice that went against you;
'Cause then I was unaware...
You had done what a very few would do.
A few days down the lane...
I saw you in a different light;
When I faltered on the path...
It was you who saw my plight.
Coming beside you offered help...
The one which I couldn't deny;
Steering me with you...
My death you did defy.
Grabbing me by my hand...
You then looked into my eyes;
Even though I uttered none...
You could still hear my cries.
Then it happened the other day...
When I was hounded by those men;
I lost hope and was seeking help...
And then I found you again.
You refused to help me out...
If my anger I repress;
Gathering all my might I then...
Let out my distress.
You did something that dear ones do...
Saw my soul and touched my heart;
And then it dawned upon me as time went by...
This wasn't the end but just the start.
You have been a stranger...
For all the times we met;
But then you are one of a kind...
A stranger I will never forget.

A treasure to behold... A story forever told
That's our dear Harshad
The one with a heart of gold!!!
He's known to be special,
Just one of his kind...
With his antics at work he casts a spell;
And steals our peace of mind.
Some love him for all he is,
And some cling on to debate...
How can one be so grounded?
When stars touch one's fate.
Before my remaining sanity,
Out of the window flees...
I gather my mind he has set in frenzy;
and my hands on writing sprees.
With few lines put together,
I try to comprehend...
A phenomenon called Harshad Chopda;
In a jiffy I have penned.
His eyes speak a thousand words,
Which our heart yearns to hear...
No wonder it skips a beat;
When he sheds a soulful tear.
And then sometimes these very eyes,
Put up a different ploy...
The playful gaze then leaves us;
Gaping for breath and turning coy.
He disarms many with his endearing smile,
Each smile from heart no doubt...
Nothing superficial about this lad;
He's a gem inside and out.
His laughter is worth a million,
A soulful happy sound...
The one that spreads cheer around each time;
Mirthful and profound.
The tousled hair steals the heart,
Daydreaming it does propel...
And then a sweet war ensues;
When he douses it with gel.
He sleeps like a cherubic baby,
Without a thought or care...
And takes to sleep so lovingly;
That all we do is stare.
He so dearly loves his food,
And likes to eat a lot...
Not only the one that fills his tummy;
But also the food for thought.
He gives us reasons to smile,
The ones which are forever treasured...
The depths of which can never be fathomed;
Nor the abundance measured.
He does so not just once,
But every given time...
For he knows spreading cheer;
Will never cost a dime.
He imprints on our hearts,
Memories so rich yet rare...
The ones which we fanatics,
Find different ways to share.
I could go on forever,
Listing his traits in rhyme...
But then I think I'll save the rest;
For yet another time!!!

Raghav is a true hero, one that could only exist in books, movies or shows. If he can do so much for strangers, then what not he could do for his family. He is a shining armor for them, always ready to shield them from evil. He not only lived like a hero but died like one too. When it comes to fighting, everyone knew about Raghav's strength. He couldn't be defeated by normal human's hands, they needed something else to make him loose. He already came back to life after getting stabbed by Viraj, but this time when that bullet penetrates his heart, he died in that instance. Somewhere he knew before going to that place, that danger awaits him. But the hero, who he is, didn't cared much about it and goes there.
No matter what others say, Raghav is not dead, at least not for us, because hero like him never dies. Though he might have left the world(show) but his teachings, preaching humanity, and making good wins over evil, will always stay here in this world!! We are surely going to miss you, Raghavender Pratab Singh.

Who says that a man needs to be loud and obnoxious to be a star? Many of our stars today aren't loud and obnoxious. In fact, they're the opposite. Somewhat like our hero Harshad
Harshad is the man who we all call hawt, yet he remains grounded. Harshad is the actor who we all love, yet he still gives his 200% to each scene. Harshad is the guy we all love, and he loves his fans back.
Yep that's our Harshad

All these things
Belong with us
As we cherish them
Like none ever can
Just as we cherish the one
Who made them invaluable
Surprised, shocked, bewildered? What? None of these? So just rolling your eyes seeing the banner thinking, if you have landed at the right place? Ok, Ok I will cut the melodrama because HCians just by looking at all the pricey possessions in the banner would know that they have landed at the right place. Seeing the title of the FC some might have thought since his highness is hibernating (well as usual) so HCians are out there to find him. Being experienced Mr. Chopda fans we know very well by now that he will re-appear only as and when he desires and its' too early to go out looking for him. So we thought why not look for things that have made us go over the years. We are on a mission to find the valuables of our beloved, unforgettable characters.

"We Live To Eat"
The Perfect Recipe to Woo Harshad Chopda
Rasmalai, ladoo and chocolate cake
Full of sweetness and freshly baked
Creamy biscuits that melt in his mouth
That make him lick his lips and make us girls froth
Prem was always having an affair with the gulab jamuns and the parathas
That is why CV's kept separating him and Heer-or else there'd been a fracas
But that is nothing compared to his love for pani puri and uttapam
No wonder Kastur was always so glum
Piping hot paav bhaji, with the choiciest spices
Just like him when he goes toweliya on the masses
Give him the halwa and he'll forget that the camera exists
Give him ice-cream, and he might just give you a kiss!
Even when it's time for suhaag-raat, you can't separate him from his food
Because sandwiches and and undhiyo are more effective than doodh
And pulao and paan will always get him in the mood
Don't separate him from his bhutta or he'll go Raghupati Raja on you
And don't forget to give him apples too
Keep food ready for both before and after the shot
Because if it's not there, he'll finish you off!
They say that a man's stomach is the way to his heart
Don't worry if you can't cook, a bar of chocolate is the best way to start!

WINE FOR THE SOUL...
Welcome to the Dance Party,
No Hrithik, no Varun, no Madhuri-it's HC
Setting the floor on fire,
Girls, he's all yours to admire
Even when he was just starting out as a cadet
He was ever the polite and charming gentleman
Whom you would want to whisk you away to dance
That's exactly what his lady love in Left Right Left got
The look in his eyes the very definition of romance
The world called Amber-Dhara a pair of freaks
But HC was only too ready to tap his feet
Leaving them mesmerized by his 'Salaam' to their 'Ishq'
His Punjabi moves making Amber feel the heat
As Prem, he was always careful to keep Heer close to him
Her arms wrapped around his shoulders, his eyes staring into hers intently
Just a ballroom waltz, now perfected from his cadet days
His movements so graceful,so passionate, so free
But Heer got her chance for revenge too,
Playing with 'Gaurav' though her heart belonged to Prem
Her mischief brought out the jealousy in him
And her naughty dance's arrow hit its aim
And who can forget their dream rain dance
His hand offered to her like a pail of water in the desert heat
His arms spinning her round and round
So that she swayed to him, and not to the beat
Then came Anurag, impulsive, sullen
Taani had no option but to be 'Behke' in front of their friends
The 'Baahon ke Darmiyaan' were closed as he brought her to the ground
Damn, he was so crazy, so intense
So fiery while paying his tribute to the Goddess Kaali
His biceps were bad enough,
But that manic energy made us sit up and look
His posessiveness in 'Tumhi Dekho Na'
His way of holding onto Taani tightly-it even kept us on the hook
But Mohan was cool, casual and flirty
After all, he 'Hated Love Stories'
So flamboyant, as he danced with a bevy of girls on his arm
of her prudence, Kastur fell under his charm
His body movements paid testimony to his carefreness
Because for Mohan, the quote fun was always too less
Then came Raghav, principled, on the ground
But not too rigid, to not have some fun when nobody's around
So what if his car breaks down in the middle of heavy rainfall?
He takes it as an excuse to romance Sia, it's monsoon after all
Pulling her back when she turns shy, without being too rough
Being strong enough to give her warmth, without being too tough
And the way his rain-soaked body moves-I think we've had enough!
Let's hope the Party goes on for an indefinite time
Coz he's such an irresistible dancer, it feels like a crime!

Children are innocent,
They do not understand the concept of the past
They live in the present,
And are determined to make all their little joys last
You can leave behind parents,
Leave behind friends,
But children stick till you right till the end
They do not care about your guilt about your brother's death
They don't care you're a mechanic, no more an heir
They really couldn't care less if your mother doesn't talk to you
They only know that you're all that's right and fair
They just want to love you, and to be loved in return
The whole world thinks he cannot speak
But when he plays with his uncle
He knows that his eyes convey where his throat falls weak
When he does regain his ability to express
The first word that he utters is for his uncle
For he is the person who knows him best
Even when he loses his mother,
He doesn't fall into trauma again
Because he knows his uncle is right by his side
To take away the pain
If he is innocent, his uncle is to be equally lauded for keeping him so
For being his surrogate parent, running after him to and fro
Making sure his heart doesn't get tainted by the darkness outside
Making sure his nephew never has to hide
Even when the cold shadow of death falls upon the house
You know the kid won't keep any grouse
His uncle's ghost will follow him till the end of time
Because it's not necessarily the one who gives birth to you
Than the one whose soul bonds with yours
Becomes your lifeline...

It's just one word, four letters.
I'm not talking about love.
I'm talking about the man who embodies love, not just in name, but in spirit
About Prem
Who is this man, the wandering passerby will ask
Why are so many girls mad over him?
He seems just like any other silly serial character
Or maybe it's because of the love they feel for the actor
So I will try my best to explain
The actually unexplainable magic behind a man called Prem
Prem is the dutiful son
In an era that breeds brats, he is certainly not one
Prem is the confused expatriate
Who has come to India to challenge fate
His love , Heer, has been separated from him by a terrible lie
But Prem is no wanderer Ranjha, he believes in do or die
She was bethrothed to him in childhood, there's no way he will let her go now
He decided to bring his bride home, and how
Prem is that lover who will not forget you
Whether you're separated by family, the seven seas, or just plain bad circumstances
Prem will come back to haunt you even after he's dead
And in one lifetime, he will give you many romances
Prem is not somebody who will play games with you
He will not leave you after a night
You know those cliched songs you hear about
About a man being your guiding light
Prem will always be by your side
Prem is important because that's when Harshad really came into his own
From a mass of twinkling matter, a star was born
He played that role with every fibre of his being
To go from ordinary human actor to god-like lover is no mean thing
His chemistry with Heer brought down the screens
Such that people still remember it though years have passed
Prem is unforgettable because he set a standard
That no other hero has surpassed

The trailer of Bondhu Amar has only strengthened our faith in him yet again, it once again proves here is a man who has struggled, slogged with utmost dedication to be where he is today ' and as we wait for him to achieve greater heights, we as fans can't help but feel proud of all he is today!
The bond of love is our life
Life is all about dreams
In every happiness and sadness, o my love

Holding each other's hand, shall we both go far way

But the truth is, he needs to make no confession to us

"The Search For The Ultimate Heart Stealer!"
"Dude I' m the ultimate heart stealer!!!! So you'd better cut your melodrama, " Mohan wagged his finger sternly.
"Mohan! Take it easy," said Prem. "Raghav...if you have planned such a big meeting then the matter has to be serious..."
"Right Prem!" Anurag said, "Raghav, if I'm not mistaken, that Karan isn't really that much of a problem for us...our real trouble is that heart stealer! And besides guys, we are not only seven; it's just that the world has discovered only seven of us till dat. Many more hamshakals are yet to come!"
The worst part was that Anurag wasn't done yet. The description got more and more bizarre as he spoke.
"This heart stealer has a unique talent of making girls go mad...stealing their sleep, heart, brain, sense, what-not...loves putting girls in sanki mode has some unique gadgets too, like a cupboard with an unbreakable lock, in which he keeps all his stolen hearts...his ocean-deep mesmerizing eyes can make girls faint, his udti zulfein, his magnicificent hands...seductive voice...cute smile..."
"Whoa there," Mohan said, "Now YOU'RE beginning to sound like a Panki!"
Anurag ignored him and continued. "By profession he is an actor, lives in royal palms apartment Mumbai and and and his name is Harshad Chopda!"
"Ohhh myyy myyy..." said Raghav, "You are simpy unbelievable, Anurag! Excellent job...never knew you would be this resourceful and smart!"
"Then you should have seen me when I was kinda new to India after my 8 yrs imprisonment," said a smiling Anurag.
"Imprisonment?!?" Ali was shocked.
"Any place without his Theekhi Mishti is an imprisonment for him." Prem teased Anurag.
"Yeah yeah, just like the way you suffered 4 six yrs in canada without Heer bhabhi and Chahat,"Anurag shot back...
"Oh wow I got emotional," Mohan cut in sarcastically, "Now cut the melodrama and tell me exactly what harm this Harshad guy has done to us!"
"Mohan bhai! I guess they spared you...warna everyday we get sum encounters with those crazy gals aka Harshad's pankhis...they simply harass us..." cried out Ali
"Oh yeah? Those girls are crazier than your mad girlfriend?" said a naughty Mohan, "You are yet to hold her hand without getting scared and wondering when she'll start attacking you!"
"Mohan bhai! Aap bhi na" Ali blushed n turned n turned into a red tomato.
"Harshad loves thande thande tomaotes with zeera..." said Anurag, "he is a big foodie, exactly like us!"
"Dont tell me that in spite of having my face he loves dhokla n khakhra n phaphda n thepla,"saidMohan
"I'm gonna screw him!"
"Well he can eat anything and everything except non-veg," Anurag replied.
"It seems you have done a lot of research on this guy," said Akshat
"Guys, PLEASE!" interuppted Raghav.
"Anurag, tell us everything u know abt Harshad...these days his pankhis have lost it!
Like totally..."
"Yeah because he is on hibernation," replied Anurag.

Concurrently, 5 years of name, fame, glory and fangiri ( and I don't mean Harshad is 5 years , its about his fangiri), and still feeling and going through the same joy and enthuasiasm is surely only because of the man himself. Neither he would be such a kickass actor and nor we would be helpless in being his fans, neither he would surprise and win us with each of his onscreen roles and nor we would become more and more# addicted to him on our screens.

As fans our journey with Harshad Chopda has been entertaining and exciting, its an unwritten bond, a strange relationship but one that is filled with trust, the trust he has developed over the years. Our faith in his ability as an actor is one thing where he has never disappointed us. Not all of us have been lucky enough to have seen him on screen from his very first show "Mamta" ' some not even lucky enough to have watched "Left Right Left" and "Amber Dhara" but one thing is for sure those who become his fans once, find it hard not to keep an eye on his next show. With every show he has just gotten better and better, polishing his skills, providing us fans an opportunity to witness high class performances scene after scene, character after character. Before the start of any of his shows we can't help but rub our hands in glee because we are sure whatever he will bring next would have something worth watching, a new chance for us to see him in yet another new character, living and breathing it, making it memorable!
Words can never do justice to your ability as an actor Harshad, hence we won't make this long and end it by wishing you a very Happy and rocking 30th Birthday!
We love you the way you are (Except for your hibernation)
Ok, ok we do love you the way you are (including hibernation)
Because you have made us smile, laugh and dream'.. innumerable times and in return the least we can do is say ...
Thank you!
May you shine for years to come, as the brightest star on billion screens across the globe

The little touches Harshad brought to the character, like rolling of the eyes, staring into the space, looking at food fondly, scratching his beard or trying to clean his hands by rubbing
them to the shirt made the character all the more adorable. Ekta Kapoor had said "Harshad Chopda placid on screen is never boring" and if anyone had a doubt ... he sure removed all by portraying this character with so much versatitlity...
He stares into space as she narrates her tales to the warden
He doesn't care for her, she is part of the present, she doesn't exist
His eyes are hauntingly empty
Staring into the mist
He used to be a businessman once upon a time
Somebody of repute, of a high place in society
Now people probably scoff upon him, or maybe they pity him
It doesn't matter, he's not in this world you see
There have been very few potrayals of mentally ill people on television. So it was considerably daring of Harshad to take up the role of Anurag Ganguly, a former tycoon who went mad after an accident. The only thing he lives for is his Mishti, whom he ironically doesn't recognize in her present avatar. He is a man trapped in time.
It's easy for us to laugh at somebody who's 'crazy', or to be 'scared' or 'disgusted' by him. But thanks the touches Harshad brought to his character, we ended up loving our 'Paagal Onu'. The way he would look so disconnected from the world, but come to life on seeing sweets, the way he would hold Mishti's hand like it was familiar but refuse to accept that she was alive and in front of him-instead of pitying him, we wanted to be his friend. We even chartered a bus to the asylum! We would wish for him to appear more frequently, and theorize on how he became what he was.
And eventually, our following is best described by the old quote: 'I asked a man behind the walls of the asylum how he'd landed there. He said it was to get away from the other side."

He Lived,and Let Me Watch Him Do It
Fathers and Sons
The first to nestle the little...
"Blue bundle" in the warms,
Are those firm caring softness...
We call a "Father's arms".
***
Taking early step the little one...
Curls to hold daddy's finger,
Times fade but the feel of that...
Cherubic touch will forever linger.
***
And then at times he wobbles...
To reach his daddy tall,
In a swift the father is on his knees...
To breaks his little one's fall.
***
The daddy chores are then filled ...
With plays and cycle ride,
And he tags along all the way...
Right by his angel's side.
***
The time takes a leap...
Changing the equations a bit,
There are the "No's" and "Don't" that follow...
and sometimes the fury fit.
***
Love sets in and so do the pangs...
Leaving the son bruised and hurt,
Its in the words of his father...
The boy then finds comfort.
***
Teaching the son to be grounded...
when aiming for the skies,
The father makes a "man" out of his "lad"
The Man who reaches the highs.
***
As his son then bring home...
His newly wedded wife,
The father blesses his son...
A life without a strife.
***
Days turns to months...
And history yet unfolds,
The "son" is now a "father"...
And his own cherub he holds.
***
In moments his "son" teaches him...
what it feels to be a "Dad",
And he sends a silent prayer to Almighty...
For the Gift of Father he always had.

You Know Me Like No One Ever Can
Love at first sight, does it exist? Maybe... Maybe Not. Well the answers don't matter much, for the facts remain that you very much did fall in love at the first sight. The day you opened your eyes for the first time into this very world, you looked into the eyes that looked upon with the most pure form of love there could ever be... She held you ever so gently... Who knew this very angel would be your love at first sight... She would be your 'Mother'.
A Mother herself is a poem ... so difficult that none can recite or memorize... one can just revel in the beauty of the poetry that a mother is.
A mother is the metaphor for unconditional love... For she loves without any ifs buts whens and whys... she just loves... whether it be her child... or any little kid. A mother's heart knows only one thing... Every child should have a mother... So she reaches out even to the ones who have none to call as mother'. So true when they say, "A mothers love is like an abyss"... so deep that none can fathom it. She surely must be a pleasant surprise to her creator... the God almighty himself.
Another beautiful poem is the bond of a mother and son.
His tiny fingers that curl around her soft caring finger on the very first day in this world; his wobbly feet as it tries to balance itself while reaching for her hands that beckons him; his eyes that search around for her eyes to give courage when he faces his fears; his ears that wait for the soft voice of her that soothe him to sleep; his nose that tingles with the aroma of the warm delicious dinner she prepares; All of these... ... even his heart... he owes to her... His mother.
Then there will come a day when he grows in the eyes of the world... He will no longer need her fingers to hold on; he will be standing with his head held high, steady at his foot; He will have made peace with his fears; Lullabies and dinners together will become a thing of past; His heart will now be engulfed by love...as another woman walks into his life... For the world he may be a man... But for her he will stay the one who gave her the joy of motherhood... He will always be "Her little boy".
A son grows to a man... the principal catalyst here being his Mother... and that he can never forget. As the wheels of time spin... and the once soft hand now wears wrinkles; the once bright eyes now seem bleak; once soft voice now sounds faint; The change is huge...He sees what was once and what is now... and yet his heart knows... His first love will live forever... safe in his heart... For the world she may be just anybody... But for him she will stay the sole reason of his existence...
She will always be his "Maa".

YOU BRIGHTENED MY LIFE
A father loves his child
Like no other love on earth.
From the day that he first meets his child
Nothing can compare its worth.
Forever are they bonded
With a love that never fails.
For always he will hug his child
And kiss goodnight with fairy tales.
He will love and protect his child
With strong arms just in case
But will also hug with tenderly
With a fatherly embrace.
Eskimo kisses touch their nose
With a giggle and a squeeze
And that sparkle in little eyes
Could bring him to his knees.
What more could any father want
Than his child so sweet and pure
There's nothing in this world so rare
Of that he can be sure.
A fathers love is so unique
It cannot be replaced
He will always treasure times with his child
And the memories embraced

Turn Your Words Into ACTIONS
Its time to turn your words into action.
Start the formula for the chain reaction.
Nothing will be easy about the path you've chosen.
You need to break through the ice, become unfrozen.
Its time to choose, now or never.
Break the chains, start the endeavor.
When everything is against you and everyone expects you to lose.
You can never give in, you must refuse.
Show them you will no longer take the abuse.
You'll hang your head high, without their noose.
During the hardest times, stand up and proclaim,
I'll make it through this, you will remember my name.
Each day you know its real by the pain you feel.
Even the deepest unseen wounds, will one day heal.
No matter how far or close you are to the finish line,
don't let anyone hold you back, say victory is already

Guess what? Our hero does not like reading
So this year we decided to make a birthday thread sans any write ups
He has been away from our screens for a year and a half
And its time to remind him what he is capable of
As well as refresh our own memories
By reliving some of the best moments of his career
And some of his most amazing perofrmances on screen
So get ready for a visual treat, this birthday
"I still remember my first audition when they said we're taking you only because you match the character sketch and we'll pay less. Acting was something I learnt on the job"

Harshad has given us so much that we could go on and on - but there is one thing more that needs a mention and a thanks too.
Thank you Harshad, for choosing the art of acting because they say "Creating relationship is the heart of acting."
Acting is such a powerful emotion that it affects the actor and the viewer, this we all know. But it is important that it affects the viewer in a good way. That being an actor's social responsibility- Harshad has taken real good care of it. Yes acting may be unreal but it surely is powerful than the real. It is always the intangible ideas, concepts, beliefs, fantasies that last. He has touched numerous lives- and oh so beautifully, with the various characters that he has breathed life into.
Ali gave us -Discipline; Prem gave us - Love; Anurag gave us - Friendship; Mohan gave us - Practicality; Raghav gave us - Selflessness. But above all it has always been Harshad who has given us these wonderful characters that we have come to love. We love them with their virtues and flaws. And it is not easy to be endearing when one is flawed- But Harshad succeeded because he made the flaw look real , the flaw was human. For once we felt it was OK to be flawed.
He breathed life into his art so much that we felt the way he thought, felt, dreamt, hoped - we in return thought, felt, dreamt, hoped- for him!
Thank You Harshad for changing the way some people think; for changing the way they see themselves; the way they see the world- in the most beautiful manner. It was because you inspired many with the strength of your character as in acting and the character as in the real -YOU
May you be inspired every miniscule of a moment. May you keep creating more relationships through the art of acting that you love.
You are a Star...
Just like the one in heaven;
Sometimes you shine with the rest;
Sometimes you shine alone;
And then there are those miraculous moments,
when you make our dreams come true;
And all we are left with- is to say...
Dear Harshad Chopda - Thank You!!!

"This is one man who isn't going to stand down
Yet, you search for softness in those attractive eyes
Somehow compelled to try and make a smile out of that frown
When you imagine a humsafar, you imagine someone who supports you all the way
Someone who will cheer you up, no matter how low things are
Yet sometimes the one you really need is someone who can challenge you
Because you need to be pushed if you want to make it far"
