@S. Stephny: Yes, that's very true. As if he has no concern for Payal. He is not investigating on why and who tortured Payal. He is rather more concerned about Nitya and her diary. What is with those pages ? Those pages would say how her sister was raped, how her parents die, how every witness turned hostile and how the Goenkas destroyed them. What difference does it make in any case ? Why not search you own house idiot ?
His obsession is only with Nitya. Find Nitya and find Nitya. He wanted to know where Payal is with the hope that he might just find Nitya that way.
It gives me a feeling that Dev wants to believe Payal was raped but Shaurya was'nt the rapist. This way he keeps the cake and eat it too. Sakshi confronted him on being a well- wisher of Payal but he could not explain that like everyone else I wish to know the whole truth, even if it means that the Mitras were after money but I want to know it. Why should there be any problem, Shaurya is not a rapist after all. Rather, his mother made a plan to fly to US and he could not even ask her WHY?
Same thing goes for Durga. She has no or little grievance over other three rapists. Of late the story is revolving around Sakshi alone. Even Rajnath and Raima are not in her hitlist. I want to kno wwhy ? Sakshi covered the crime and in the process committed many other crimes but at first Shaurya is the criminal and so are his friends. Even in this 'Shauya pitai yojana' the actual plan is to hurt Sakshi .
