wish you an absoluminutely fantastic birthday, i hope you get to have lots of fun, are flooded with gifts and spend hours listening to the kind of music you love. sometimes just songs, you and time can make the happiest most wonderful party.
i am in charge of the menu today. thought long deep and hard about something delicious delightful and suitable for you... that's the least i can do... and while wondering what would possibly would suit such an occasion that word i realised had slipped in twice already. suit. no way i could shrug it off. said it the third time and before you could say chaudhavin ka chand or chalte chalte even, a menu was done.
let's start with a cool fizzy drink mixed with a dash of the dashing.
an array of starters next, from light bites to crunchy delights and a generous dollop of just stirred memories.
freshly drizzled, came in only this morning this one,
hope you like it... not oily at all.
actually everything here is lean, unadulterated and absolutely calorie free, so please don't hold back, just go for it.
we put together a palat, a frown, a profile, and a passion, and were quite breathless with the results... not easy to digest, might cause dhakdhak, but really worth a try. enjoy.
oh and we did add this amused macho flavour,
for some extra heartache and goosebumps.
onto a little sorbet, with a classic flair.
designed to clear the palate, we know, no point trying to clear the head.
ready for dessert? well, since we are all grownups here, we bring a darker tone to sweetness.
gussa, dard and betrayal in our specialty ta ra
heartbreak supreme
(while making this, we learned something
that will make any heartbreak better... if you have to be betrayed
you might as well be in a good suit and tie...
gives the heartbreak a rich colour,
a grand texture... very very important both things as you know.)
