London, July 4 : After casting her spell in the Harry Potter movies, actress Emma Watson is now trying her hand at the wheel.
The 17-year old, who plays the muggle-born witch Hermione Granger in the blockbuster movie series, is learning to drive so that she can travel anywhere she likes.
"I'm learning to drive at the moment and can't wait to get into a car and be able to drive anywhere I like. I'm looking forward to travelling and the first experience of living on my own," the Daily Express quoted her, as saying.
Watson also revealed that she enjoyed saying goodbye to the righteous image of Hermione in the forthcoming Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix.
"For the first time in her life Hermione feels the need to rebel. It's the first time she realises that doing what you're told all the time doesn't quite work," she said.
"You can't trust authority. Sometimes you have to trust yourself. She can't just sit there and be treated like an idiot," she added.
