Though I think Madhuri,karisma can start playing because not one person is offering them lead roles.I doubt even c-grade directors are offering even mother's role to karisma.Madhuri could have accepted Pc's,ranveer's mom's role.Even though she is just 13-14 yrs older,she could have looked like one.

I know it hurts because Ash still is offered roles that all the top heroines die for...be it HNY,Mohenjodaro etc.But she couldn't care less!She is world's most beautiful woman.I wouldn't mind seing Ash play a strong mom role to a 5-6 yr old kid.
