Many more battles are ahead but they will get through it with help of each other & with every battle won they will become one soul , nor his or her , a true one soul . That is the journey I want to see these two becoming one.

@bold: loved it. I am looking forward to this...

Hi Friends,

Ekta's Kapoor's Magnum Opus, is going to undergo a massive transformation after 315 Episodes, spanning over 13 months...The time has arrived for the full-fledged change in the air of Agra..

Major Political conspiracies and turmoils coupled with Emotional and Nerve wrecking challenges, are soon going to be a part and parcel of the lives of Jodha and Akbar. The Agra Court has started to shed the Leaves, and it's time that the Newer Ones fill in the Voids, for it is the Weak who succumb to such inevitable changes..Ghalib has said something on similar lines --

Zindagi Ki Pareshaniyon Se To Buzdil Darke Rehte Hai...
Patjhad Mein Patte Gir Jaate Hai Par Ped Khade Rehte Hain...

It's the time when the Old Mughal Blood is going to get replaced with the Newer communities, viz. Rajvanshis, Afghanis, Turrannis, Khorasanis, and nobles / officers from many other clans / communities..Overall, the situation is Well-set for a major revamp in the Agra Court...

Jalal has already suffered the loss of his father at the age of 13. Next, he lost his Khan Baba, Wakil-us-Sultanate, Bairam Khan at the age of 17. It was Maham Anga all the way who was present with him everytime, standing as his emotional shield to console him, and offer her shoulder, in dire circumstances. She mattered more to him than Hamida. Now Life has brought him on a Strange Doraha'...He found Maham has changed her sides...She was the one who plotted against him, his throne, and against his wife...Her involvement in recent crimes shattered Jalal. Politically, this time he had his Ataliq Shamshuddin Atgha Khan, present as his major anchor.. But the changes are going to come soon, when even Atgha Khan leaves him...Now, there is no Maham Anga where he could find solace...There is no Atgha Khan...

It is the time when a NEW Anchor is going to replace ALL of them...It is Jodha..Emotionally, Jalal is on same wavelength as Jodha's... Yesterday, he went straight to Jodha's Hojra, when he could not get away with the play of conflicting emotions in his MIND, after his Face-off with Adham in the DEk...While Jalal has got many people in his coterie, as far as political underpinnings are concerned, viz. TodarMal, Man Singh, Mirza Aziz Koka, and we hope for Bhagwan Das and others soon...Tansen is present to add to the variety of talent in Agra...

But, the one to have his shoulder , the one with whom he can share his most personal grievances, the one who is the most near to his heart, is his SoulMate - Jodha...No doubt, every human faces his difficulties HIM/HER self , but we all definitely need someone to share our inner feelings... Kehte hain - Baatnein se Gam, Kam ho jaata hai...Same is the play of nature here...It is the soulmate who makes life "come to life". I don't know whatever the souls are made of - HIS or HERS - ultimately, they both are the same...Here, Love is the cure, for your pain will give birth to more pain until your eyes constantly exhale love as effortlessly as your body yields it's scent...From now on, she will be with her husband, in his ups and downs...

The glass can be viewed as half empty or half full...On Translating these words, in the language' of Love, they combine to give the following meaning -- "When the love of your life dies, the problem is not that some part of you dies too, which it does, but that some part of you is still alive." And, the part which is Alive is the one which needs to be nurtured and the one which appears' to be dead needs rejuvenation.. Rumi puts the same words in another form - " It is the Wound, where the Light Enters your Body.."

Friends,

Analyzing the current step at which Jodha and Jalal are present now, that is going to be a crucial juncture in their lives...After Atgha's demise Jodha WILL be his support... Something, we wanted to see, since Long...But, after that, they BOTH NEED to battle their dejection TOGETHER, after the tragedy of Losing their Twins...The human emotions which will be brought to the fore amidst the fast changing political air in Mughal Sultante with ever increasing number of conspirators, are giving me goose-bumps...Overall, the Picture is set for a Well-Chalked Out Episodes in the Future, with a Clear Cut agenda and ready made tracks from the real life events of our leads...

I end on an optimistic Note by Shelley - "If Autumn comes, can Spring be Far Behind.?."...Despite any amounts of uncertainties and hardships, Jodha and Akbar are out on an Eternal Journey to attain the Supreme Bliss of Divinity and Love , thereby transforming the Land which is going to be a witness to their Story, Their Hindustan...!!!...

Abhay such a wonderful post. 👏👏👏👏👏
One just has to read a single post of yours to realize what was so badly missing on JA forum.
Your in depth knowledge of the history with real love for Jodha and Akbar, such sensitivity in understanding them and Rumi!

This is a post which I need to read atleast 2-3 times and still will want to read again tomorrow.
How beautifully you have described the turning point in Akbar's life which happened today.

I REALLY wish Ekta hires you to be part of her CVs or atleast for consulting. You can just take JA to another level.

When one imagines real Akbar went thru all these heart breaking events just marvel even more. For me not where he reached but from where he started it is what makes this journey so great.

His choices made him great, ok he was born to be a Shehenshah but how he turned what was for all purposes a banana republic in earlier years of BK and MA controlled petticoat government into a darbar filled with Navratnas to a most stable kingdom where arts flourished.

I always think a most telling comment on any civilization is if the arts and music and free liberal thinking progressed in them. Not just different thinking but liberal compassion filled thinking which weeded out the narrowness and embraced change where needed.

I really wish we get to see the Akbar and Jodha of your writings.

Just like last one year was changing of Jallad into Jalal, I wish this year starts the journey of Jodha from almost gullible, too trusting to a shrewd Queen to match her husband's teda thinking. Jodha has always been politically savvy, she is the one who is shown making Jalal aware of the real power of ruling awam's heart. I wish they show her changing too.

I cannot even imagine how much Akbar would have cherished Jodha, not just because he loved her but because she was his rock who he could trust NEVER to betray him. Who he could pour out his heart and his pain and guilts and fears trusting that at all times she will only have his best interest at heart. That here is one person who can drink poison to save his life when every other person in his darbar was willing to give him the poison.

I sincerely hope that we get back the CVs of the first 100 odd episodes and please better dialogues for Jodha and Akbar.

I am absolutely fine with the love scenes, I do not expect any more just different and more creativity.

I hope we get to watch the journey of Akbar to Greatness which is just starting without missing any milestones and PLEASE NO LEAP!

Akbar had Jodha to share it be his rock and I really wish to see it thru their eyes the human story. What made Akbar happy or cry broken hearted or made him walk for days to wish for a son. Jodha and Akbar's human side is what makes me want to see all the political stuff.

Please CVs bring on the intrigues and attempts and plots with NR but just keep the dignity of our Jodha and Akbar intact.

UnRes

Abhay,

What a wonderful post to mark the dawn of a new era in the Mughal empire! No one can do justice to this phase in the history of JA better than you.

There were three people in Jalal's life, who had been loyal to the Mughal empire since his father's time, and who had been instrumental in bringing him up and in making him an emperor. This triumvirate had consolidated the fledgling Mughal empire and expanded it to large parts of India.

Of these, Jalal has already lost his Khan baba. He now faces the loss of the other two people in quick succession.

This is followed by a period of turmoil, unrest, conspiracy, and personal tragedy. If Jalal didn't break down psychologically or mentally during this stressful period, it was due in large measures to one lady only - the MUZ.

You have described all this so beautifully. 👏👏👏

I'm sure, Abhay, that now on, the tracks being so political in nature, you will have a steady stream of PMs asking you to resolve their doubts. 😉

Thank you so much once again for this awesome post! ⭐️

Jiya,

You don't have to be sorry to vent on Abhay's thread. 😊 Anyway, you can't be more upset than him.

I loved your post on the old thread. Do post some of your wonderful thoughts on this new track also. 😊
