Like you have said in almost similar words, Jodha was like a womb that protected and nurtured Akbar. She was the protective sheath that safeguarded Akbar (gem) from harm.

Well said Radhika . Javeda with her innocent childlike personality , is loved by everyone ( including Mahamanga , even though she was shown yelling at her all the time ) in the mahal . I would like for Akbar to acknowledge her loyalty in court . This would be an honor to Javeda , who bravely stood up against her husbands' wrong doing .

Wowww Abhay take a bow dude... You have beautifully painted the post to describe the upcoming turmoil inot Jalal's political and as well as personal life how His Shrike Hayat Is going to become his support his shadow his Wall Ni Maat... Whenever you write you put your soul in it that's why it connects your readers (atleast Me) not only to your writing but also with Akbar and His MUZ...

Today's episode did not mark the end of one of the most loyal person of Akbar's court but it marked the beginning of that heaven which blended so many cultures, tradition, religion, and talent into one colour... And this paradise Of peace and harmony was created by a man who not only dreamt of bringing the whole Hindustan under one banner but also made it possible in true sense and in this difficult journey his hand was throughout held by the tender hands of the woman who was not only his Mallika but also his Wali Nimat...

It is just the beginning of new hope, a new Hindustan and a great leader who will take Hindustan to the peak of its glory and show the world how unity can be achieved in diversity... In this process he is in every step supported by his Jodha...

Kahete hai aag main jaal ke hi sone main asli chamak ati hai similarly both Akbar and Jodha had to burn in the fire not only to become great Emperor and empress but also to become one soul in two bodies... Life tested them with innumerable pains and hardship so that they come out as unified in love pain and even in death... Really strange are the ways of life the relationship whose base was kept on the grounds of Political Convince slowly turned into An eternal story of love, togetherness and companionship.

I have heard my mother and grandmother saying that our Hindu religion talkes about Husband and wife being a part of the same entity and wife is her Husband's Ardhangini who not only shares her husbands bed but also his life, his happiness, his sorrows,. His pains, his success, his failure.. And Jodha Akbar's love story proves this concept right...And the show is now entering that phase of their story where both of them will find peace and happiness in eachother arms even when life will continuously give them extreme pain, they will find reason to live in eachothers company when life will try to take away every reason for them live...

This is just the beginning... Beginning of a new and glorious Hindustan and an eternal saga of love which not only changed Jodha Akbar's life but also changed the very course of history..

Thanks for making this beautiful post Abhay.

I was feeling a bit low after receiving Maddy's text that Atgah sahib was killed. Knowing it fully well that this is just a show...this event is historically true...and why the hell should I bother about side characters like Atgah, I couldn't help but feel sorry for Jalal's loss...and of course we have come to love Atgah khan...and Jiji Anga. She was so distraught after he was injured during the polo match. He became such a lovable character and found respect in our hearts with his loyalty and hukum ki taameel hogi dialogues. I am glad that we were introduced to his son before his death.

Adham and MA... I don't feel sorry for them. Their doodh ka Karz dialogues are extremely annoying. She was his dai ( like jiji Anga) and was doing her duty by taking care of Jalal... Just like Jalal's bodyguards and soilders who exposed themselves to injuries and death to save Jalal but never asked for blood, skin, muscle or bone ka Karz. This thankless mother- son duo was so not worthy of the the VIP treatment they were given by Jalal ( and the CVs...even MA's exposure was glorified...she didn't want him dead...so that makes her human ????...what about the fact that she wanted a life worse than death for him and his loved ones? 😡) . I am glad that Adham will meet his end soon. I just hope that they don't waste too much screen time on MA's grief...or use her famous dialogue when Jalal delivers the news of Adham's death "you did the right thing" to partially redeem her...or her( or Resham's ) revenge...no one is interested in watching that crap. Btw... Salute Javeda for her loyalty towards the empire.

Glad that JJ relationship is heading towards normalcy. Hope they portray them as sensible individuals and don't show Jalal watering the plants of angoori bagh with his tears... or Jodha giving him one more unrealistic advice like forgiving MA and co conspirators of Atgah's assassination( if she does, I wouldnt mind it if Jalal overrules her...Just like Jalal, she also needs to learn from her mistakes)...We are craving some intelligently written and directed episodes.

@ bold...I think she was just being a tease. Giving him an opportunity to flirt with her...thus keeping his mind off MA and her painful betrayal.

Such a positive post.👏 And that is the reason for marriages too, y does a person Marry ? For emotional anchor, other aspects of marriage can be bought by throwing money in market , like physical needs, keep house clean , cooking or protection etc. But emotional anchor cannot be bought.Usually in our life when we are growing our parents are our emotional anchors they help us in understanding world and working in it, in our teens or initial years of youth we have friends as our anchor but later on everyone needs a permanent anchor, coz even best of the friends its not possible that they wud stay close to you all the time. M loving their journey that they have covered so far n i HOPE the makers show us a small leap of 7-8 mnths instead of years 😊 so that we can relish more of their journey together.

I agree that the track was introduced to show Jalal having a scandalous extramarital affair with Atifa when Jo was pregnant. But the viewers rejected it right away. Therefore, midway through the track, they changed the storyline and tried to turn it into a TE007 track... That is why we see so many loopholes. It is ridiculous and hilarious at the same time.

But I, as a viewer, am willing to forget and forgive as long as JJ are happy together. Hope that the CVs learnt a lesson that viewers will not accept Jalal without Jodha or vice versa. They sold us a Jalal-Jodha love story and if they make an attempt to turn it into a Jalal-Atifa or Jalal- Ruk or Jalal- Tom, Dick n Harry story, they will lose their precious trps.

I actually liked it Radhika.. .:):):) In a sense she was just playing hard to get..She was not shy. In the end she was actually waiting for him and I loved the way how she stopped him. Hopefully we will get to see the baby talks next week. This week she will be supporting him emotionally as he is going to be heart broken..
