Javed ji is really great..

I have always noticed that whenever someone goes out of the competition, Javed ji is almost always the first person to console him/her, woh itni achhi baatein, aur itne achhey tareeke se kehte hain.

Like yesterday, while consoling Richa he said "16 saal ki umr mein hum me se koi bhi, chahe woh Javed Akhtar ho, Alisha ho, Udit ho yaa Anu Malik...kisiko ko bhi itna fame nahin milaa thaa. Tum agli baar phirse aana Indian Idol mein, aur isse bhi aage jaana..."...something on those lines...

Yes I really liked what he had to say today.. 😊
Also I like how he put an end to the judges' argument. 😆

ya dat was nice of him ....but i dun think he is unviased 😛 his bias also creeps in quite often...if he dosn't like a contestant for woteva reason, he make their life hell like how he did to shamit in fame gurukul.he is only a tad bit better than other judges most times.

If he criticizes u its the real truth he says and its honest and if he believes in ur talent he appreciates it wholeheartedly! 👏 👏

He didn't like Shamit, but when Ila Arun did not save Shamit (in the episode where Shamit is eliminated), he immiediately criticized that decision.

Yes he does have a slight bias towards the more down-to-earth or simple contestants, but sometimes he does criticize them, e.g. Prashant in this round, Smita in the piano round once.

Overall he's the most balanced judge we have right now. He isn't overly rude like Anu Malik, and usually he has a fair viewpoint.

he seems like a gentel soul and he like the simple singers better. so i guess he's a little bias, but overall he's the best of them judges.

That doesn't negate the things Javed ji said about Richa. When Anu Malik was not there it was only Javed ji who had some strong words for Richa and Alisha was against him. She was the only one who supported Richa all the way. That time I wrote on the forum too that Javed ji should have thought about such things before selecting Richa. Ab pachtaaye hot kya jab chidiya chug gayi khet.

Javed ji only realized last night that it is not Richa's voice but lisp which is the trouble. I say too late. He should have said some nice things before. What use it has after one got voted out?

If it was young age then Sanchita, Pavni and many other young singers would have trouble too. Richa is efficient and trained singer. She needs speech therapy. Even Javed ji speaks with a light lisp. He should know better. There is actress Kirti Kelkar who speaks with a light lisp. In India we still don't care about speech therapy.

I am sure if Richa's lisp is cured which is not that strong and can be done with good speech therapy then all these judges would take back their comments on immature voice. Richa's voice is perfect.
