Disclaimer - This is based purely on my own research. I dont mean to insult any religious values, I respect all of them equally...

So, while waiting for Monday, I spent most of my weekend in researching on the Islamic laws on talaq, ruzu and halala... ( trust me, its not complicated, just the depiction in movies/shows and various school of thoughts have made it so)...

So, I read and read, and also asked my various friends about it and here it is

So the three divorces have been twisted to mean saying it three times, when it is not that way... it means that a couple has two chances of getting back together after getting divorced and only the 3rd one makes it irrevocable.

So, it so happens that when a husband says "talaq" to his wife, she immediately enters into 3 months iddah period ( a period in which she should have minimal interaction with any guy including her husband). If a husband during this period wants he can take the wife back through Ruzu, or else if iddah expires, they stands divorced and then if he wants to take her back, it can be only through

remarriage.
This can be done twice, but at the third time, the moment talaq is said, its irrevocable. So, husband cannot take wife back either during iddah or after that unless she married someone else ( thats halala)...

So, suppose a husband gave his wife 1st divorce and then took her back, then gave divorce after 2 years and took her back again. He will have only one more divorce left, post that, she is haraam for him.

Now, coming to Zain-Aaliya, the CVs twisted the whole thing, to create drama... Zain gave Aaliya talaq and her 3 months iddah started... so now if we take those two months to be 3 months and consider that her iddah got complete without ruzu, they are divorced. But its only the first one, so Zain can still marry her back.

If we consider that he took her back by saying "meri biwi hai wo", and then again said divorce... that was his second divorce and now she is in her 3 months iddah period. So again he can take her back.

Thus, by all logic, there is no halala actually required for them to reconcile.

Just like you after lots of research and asking every muslim I know that is what I also understood.. Zain and aaliya can get back together without halala... yes, they have to get married again.. So we will juat wait and watch what BI CV have put up for us...

yeah annie BI forum wasis will become maters in islamic divorce rules😆 yeah i am happy to read your post even i have been searching abt talaq is islam but there is so many rules its totally confusing..thank you for clearing my confusion..when he said "woh meri biwi hoh"..then she also accepted that she said "mera shouhar"..hope zaya unite without RM/halala fingers crossed😃

as a muslim i can say your research is true.zain can take aliya back again but don't know if cv's will take this path or for more drama they will take long path of remarriage which will not going to prove right for show.let's see what happen i just hope this week we get our answer i can't wait more.i become mad thinking what type different halala it will be or there will be no halala.

Exactly, the thing is that CVs have twisted the three time divorce thing to meaning saying talaq thrice...which is not the case...

So ZaYa are actually divorced once or in iddah of 2nd... maybe there is a reason why no Kazi was there at time of 3rd talaq...

Also, there is more to jungle scene than what we saw...atleast I , hoping that... warna that scene made no sense

But whats the point Annie! We r told already that there's Halala n of a different kind!

I did my research on different kind of Halala n came to knw ders none! Halala everywhere means the wife has to marry & consummate that mrg with another guy to get bck to her 1st husband, dat too if the 2nd husband divorces her or dies! Plus halala with intention of marrying d first hubby is haram in Islam! So I don't knw!

Also, the CVs took several liberties, the worst of all was making Aliya stay at Rehan's place during Iddah! I see them taking liberties again! They may not go into the 3 times Talaq procedure at all! They might as well show Zaya r divorced for good & halala is d only way left!

I hate to say this, but I would prefer Zain dying before he agrees to Aliya getting married to someone else just to get her back in his life! The Zain I fell in love with is too sensitive caring and possessive abt Aliya to agree to that! They rather kill Zain before showing him in the light of creepy self-centred ness dats not my ZainKitkitAbdullah!

The CVs hv messed up the love story!

their trip should have a connect with this right i am hoping for it.becz it not make sense if cv's only show it as a lollipop for fans.
