Overall Performance II3 versus II2 - Page 2

Well all I can say to that is that Amey is an expectionally talentyed singer. His 'Tu hi re" and 'Lagaa chunri me daag' were mindblowing. Manna De the original singer wasquoted in filmfare that he thought that Amey Date did a fantastic job with chunri...

II 3 is much better in terms of average level of singing. II 2 had exceptional singers like Amey and Karunya and Monali and Meenal, the rest all were average to below average. This year, the singers are very good, the average is MUCH higher. From this point onwards, its very hard to say who will go next or who deserves to go, last season it was obvious !!

I actualy liked yesterdays episode, it made the contestants seem normal and not like rock stars which makes them over confident. Last year, it was like 'yayy, look at us, we ROCK!!', pretty sad !

and they had so many background dancers it was sad !!!

i thoroughly enjoyed the gala's yesterday, so many variety of songs.. in the gala of last year, every1 sang fast songs, there was no variety, yesterday we heard a lot of variety of songs.. it was def. a super start !

And II3.....they had so much time to practise, and in accordane to that fact, they sucked.

II2 first galas were the same though. In the first girls gala, no one really sang that well. Antara was praised the most.

The second boys gala: Karunya was a big letdown with his Chak de song. Panna and Amey were good though.

I disagree...with due respect to all of you II2 participants were really weak. Just listen to II2 performance now and try to compare them to II3. Out of the top 10 contestants last year, you could hardly put 2-3 contestants in II3.
