What do you think about men "ruling the house"?
I hate the fact that 2 people get married to start a family, but only 1 (the male) rules the house. I thought marriage was supposed to be a commitment that makes 2 people 1, then why is the male making all of the decisions himself?
Do you agree that it is the womens responsibility to do all the house chores and cook food?
Not really, although, in our culture, a woman is taught how to prepare food for the dinner table after the age of 13 or 14 as well as clean. I don't think women should be the ONLY one who should be cooking and cleaning, unless they don't have a job. Then I think it's their duty since they aren't earning money, they might as well keep the house tidy. I'm not trying be sexist, but why would you want a woman sitting in the house ALL DAY, not doing anything at all but watching TV, maybe (if they prefer to watch it)?
Do you think that women who work, have a harder life than men who work, due to them having to fulfil the household duties?
At this point, yes, because they are earning money by working, and when they get home, they have to do more work, and that's without pay... Their job doesn't exactly end when they come home, but neither is the husband's, but the women aren't meant to work 24/7 just because they're women and it's what our culture has written...
How far do you agree on the statement that "men and women have equal rights"?
I don't agree with it at all because I'm looking at the statement literally. As much as we would like women to have equal rights, it's their preference to using those rights, but they aren't exactly offered in front of their face to I can't say that they have a choice of choosing.
Why do you think men are more dominant then women?
It's the masculinity. I'm pretty sure women are as much capable as men when it comes to running a house or making hard decisions which might change their lives forever.
Why is it that it is mostly men that are in power, when it is proven that women have more brainpower and have the ability to multi-task better then men?
That's because the world isn't happy with the fact that a woman is beating another man for power, also, everyone believes that a woman might be too emotional for power and doesn't realize what can come out of it.
Do you think it is fair that when married, it is traditional that the girl has to leave her house?
I'm not sure... But it's not only the woman leaving her house. In the modernized world, the man too leaves his house to start his own life without his parents and the modern-thinking is overpowering the traditions.
Do you think the reason for all of this is male ego and that men don't want to be overshadowed by women, due to their pride, so they show that they are in charge by making the female fear them?
Yes. Before you women start gloating about that, take under consideration the fact that that's what we, men, learned in our childhood.
Do you agree with the monarchy system, of men before women, no matter what the age to ability?
I'm not sure. I do think it's more sensible to put a 30 year-old woman as the queen than a 10 year-old boy who has yet to finish potty training.
Do you believe in the statement "Women will on day rule the world"?
I do actually, but it won't happen anytime soon. Women are still discriminated against so it'll take a while...
