Heylo Ppl!

Did anyone of you watch Karan Patel's debut movie "City of Gold"?😳

I heard its a national award winning movie😊 directed by Mahesh Manjrekar and Karan was fab in it ( of course!)!

I have got the movie downloaded with me now but curious to know if anyone already watched it and what is the review like, before I start watching it.

I just managed to skim through video and saw a few scenes and KP seems to have a complete different look - raw /rough/edgy (far away from his cute looks in real) . Looks like its a hard hitting film 😭. But still gonna watch it for KP!

i nvr watched... but yes it is appreciated by critics a lot.. and if m nt wrong produced by ekta!

It was not produced by ekta..just was the saw now little bit...

No it was not produced by Ekta! Someone else.

I have watched it several times n cried a lot too.

Karan Patel as Naru is outstanding in it n loved him.

Its a harsh realistic movie.

Yes, i have watched it...its a very hard hitting movie on some factory lockdown. I liked it and karan patel, of course was fabulous in it.

Thanks for sharing the YT link. One of my movie buff firends gave the downloaded movie..but dint know it was there on YT as well. Updated the YT link in post now for everyone else to see.

Thanks for the info. I just skimmed through the movie and saw a few KP scenes in which he did look brilliant in terms of acting...and the one in the end where he is killed!!!! my heart broke 🥺. I have not even seen the full movie yet).. Gosh cant see KP like that even on screen! 😭
