Lacks sofistication & may never get it if she stays in the environment she grew up.
How can she say "what can I do to change my voice maturity?" - In Mumbai there are some great voice coaches/ Therapists who can help with some excercise of vocal cords. She is a good singer but the jouvenile touch in the final output kills what ever she has learnt.

This will require serious attempt and if she conquers the kiddishness , she will do wonders !!
She is not the material today for II3 or for any significant music talent search unless it is like SRGMP L'l Champs !

Speech therapy can definitely help her obvious Lisp. I wish her parents had taken her to speech specialist when she was much younger. My son had lisp when he was 3-4 yrs old and after speech therapy Lisp is gone.

Also as you mentioned abt it can help her vocal cords too. She is not at all proper voice for II3 at this time. Wait until her voice matures and she can re take part in singing contest. She is good trained singer so my best wishes. ALBNL hopefully she will be more matured and have dropped her attitude 😳

... Sometimes it become a habit and part of personality and stays all the life unless strong efforts are made to resolve it. I know som one who still has kiddishness in her voice at age 25.
