Discussion: Expectations from Gala

Tomorrow is a big day for all II 3 contestants and fans. The forum will see heated debates, arguments, new favorites, fanatic fans 😃.

What are your expectations from Galas? What do you don't want to see or hear? Pour in your thoughts.

i expect ankita, charu, deepali, puja, emon, chang, prahant, amit to do really good 😉

i want to hear fantastic singing, i want them to pick good and recent songs ( im sick of hearing the same old ones all the time, no moree tanhayees or ruki rukis, even tho i like the songs),i hope the judges give good comments, i want them to sing roobaroooo tomorrow!!, hope the makeovers are decent 😆 hmm...thats about it for now 😛 OHHH and I hope Amey comes tomorrow! i know thats too much ask😆 but lets seee

Have high expectations from and hopes for Chang, Emon, Deepali, Puja, Prashant and Amit to step up and give their best since its galas and one weak performance could be fatal. It's good enough that they'll be on the TV screen after such a long wait but one does want to see their favorites on top every time!


What I want to see: Everyone giving their best, Alisha talking sensible things and judging fairly for a change, Udit ji in some casual wear and speaking his mind. A little bit of argument between Javed Ji and Anu would do too.😉

What I don't want to see/ hear: Jolly and Richa singing at all.

No, I'm kidding only. Who knows if one fine day they surprise us all with a rocking performance? Richa was superb in her auditions after all

What I don't want to see /hear actually; Prashant going nasal or getting pronunciations wrong, Chang shying away from the camera while performing. I mean C'mon man; you're so fine when speaking to those camera people, hosts or judges. Why get so conscious while dancing/performing? We love you anyway.😛 (I know that was uncalled for but couldn't resist)

First of all Alisha proving that she can be a good critic .....

I don't want singers to pick rahman's songs thinking that they r going to show their classical prowess but murder the song in the process ( no more barso re or Mayyya Mayya or satrangi re or ramta jogi ) ..... 😃

Just sing melodious , semiclassical songs that suit their voice and give their best shot !!!!

yup...id rather have them pick an easy song and do good justice to it than sing a tough song trying to prove that they could be versatile, when they will most likely ruin it

Yup Payal..and as the gala progresses and weaker singers get eliminated ( keeping my fingers crossed ) then they can choose tougher songs to show their versatility ......

I also have a request to the judges specially javed saab and Anu Malik

They should coin some prases like yalgar Ho , or rock the world so that I can use that thruout the gala after my every post to show my commitment towards II 3 .... 😆 😆 😆
