@atominis marriage is there that I was sure. If you know about " Revenge" which strongly resembles EHT Emily marries into Grayson family.Only difference here and there is Danielle was not a criminal in Revenge, whereas Shaurya is and Emily's target is Victoria.

Just because Durga has to marry into the family they introduced Dev as the positive character as I dont think CVs will show Shaurya-Durga marriage. Track beginning is this and every track is in favour of negative in the beginning.

If I remember the show correctly the girl who is paralyzed by Danielle in the accident comes on the day of Danielle- Emily wedding. Dont remember what happens after that as I was not a regular watcher. Danielle -Emily wedding do happen that I know. But Danielle's case was accident not intentional.

Here also Sakshi is targetting Payal the girl raped by Shaurya as a bait against Durga. Maybe she has plans to bring Payal in front of Shaurya and make that girl shriek and shout till Durga tells the truth and backs of(Not sure). But Shaurya in front of Payal is something Durga cannot afford and can be a major EB for her.

Somewhere in this plan Dev is gonna play a major role in protecting Payal from this attack of Sakshi. That's my guess.

This serial does resemble Ekta show Kasam where lead marries into rapist's family to take revenge for her sister's rape.🤢

No wonder show is getting bad trps hope it goes off air disgusting is less what i felt .. And i am sorry i have no respect for Sanjeeda and team for going with track .. Sanjeeda speaking as if it is no big deal when she said ppl like me with Shaurya🤢

Its no more about revenge because Durga is no more thinking about those witnesses who turned hostile. The story speaks no more of Payal who is infact the actual victim. Dev meets heronce and then she has again vanished in the thin air. Initially, she had much screen space because it was actually a story of revenge. Now, it is a cheesy love triangle and nothing more than that.

I dont know if Dev's entry has helped the TRPs or not but it has definitely slowed down the pace of the story. Its like the character was not planned at all and brought out of public pressure or an urge to introduce a love angle. This guy never mind how good he is but he isn't doing anything in the show. I know people are comparing it with another show called 'Revenge' but I don't think that show was about rape.Unlike in 'Revenge', marriage here is just next to murder. Just imagine, marrying a man who raped your sister. It irks me so much that I cannot explain.

The way Shekhar Mehra case was handled and the way the Thakurs blasted the Goenkas, I thought it will disturb the unity of the Goenkas. Also, Raima - Rajnath affair would add fuel to the fire. Nothing of that actually happened. I am no more hopeful that someday revenge will actually happen

This is not Revenge. This is not justice. Durga left other hostile witnesses to focus on entering Goenka mansion. This is saas bahu and love triangle!

It won't have grip like Revenge. It is going to be like that cheesy Kekta soap called Kasamm! Long drawn khichdi drama!

I wonder how Shaurya thinks he can sleep with Durga just because he got engaged to her? What is meaning of ab toh mera haq banta hai? Women get bought and can be used any way by just engagement?

Am not sure about all the negative characters, they need to sketch Kangana out more. But yes, they do glorify Shaurya a lot. I think this is realistic in the sense that sons of powerful families do get overprivileged treatment, also because the cvs know Vatsal will get them good ratings. The positive characters, in general, have taken a backseat to the backstabbing of the negative ones.

They need to return to Payal, more than once in a blue moon! Even the actress playing her has become disappointed with her character track and who can blame her.

As for Suchitra, I agree with you. Not just the idea that a girl like Durga can bring stability to Shaurya's life. As if he is a bloody alcoholic, or gambler. But also, the fact that him and his fake degree can even remotely match up to Durga and her educational and professional background. As if he could ever be the perfect SIL to a man like Dr. Thakur. Does she ever think what HE can do for her? No, it's all about her nephew who is like a son to her. The guy tries to have her son killed twice and she is still clueless about it. As is Dev. Does anyone in that house think that Shaurya could be in the league of Neil Bhattacharya, who would not even dream of faking a suicide let alone do it because he has too much class.

Shaurya's lessons on women are taken straight from his father's book. He sees that Raj has two women in his life, in spite of his wedding ring. He is just a caveman dressed up in designer clothing, not unlike Karan. Women are objects, whether of violence, sex, or both.

the show is worsening day by day..the whole engagement is a pain to watch, and i really find it dumb to focus on shaurya directly without getting rid of the hostile witnesses first..there was a plan at first..now its just gone haphazard with dev-shaurya-durga-sakshi angle..but yes, am interested in knowing sakshi's past..hoping tht makes durga come to her senses and first eliminate sakshi's pawns instead of her weakness/strength, depending on how u look at shaurya..
