It might give clues if she's Paro or not! The best way if Dhruv get into an accident and needed blood and Rudra blood doesn't match but Myrah's blood does... It will shock Rudra for sure but will also convinced him that Myrah is his Paro.

If myrah is Paros long lost identical twin... Given up for adoption at birth to mehras...

Then also DNA will show that myrah is dhruvs mom... Because identical twins have very similar DNA strains..
