Sounded like a ringtone made from a music/jewelry box, you know the ones with the ballerina that twirls when you open it. Seemed very out of place, maybe has to do with an old memory for Myrah as Rudra didn't really hear anything.

ETA:

Theory for Myrah=Paro: maybe that's the sound she was hypnotized/brainwashed with and everytime she senses something familiar or gets a memory from the past it rings in her ears distracting her from remembering.
