Update: June 25, 2007 Anu ends everything

• So Anu yanks off her mungalsuthra and it lands on the windshield of Nikhil's car. It starts to storm and Anu screams at Nikhil that from today on, their relationship is over. From today on, all the moments and trust that they had for each other is obliterated. And from today on, Nikhil is NOT allowed to see Anushka, as Anu will now be both a mother and a father to her. Also, from today on, Anu is dead for him, and he is dead for her.
  
• Anu tells Nikhil that she will now GREATFULLY divorce Nikhil, and from today on, she is not Ananya Nikhil Samarth, she is Ananya Sachdev.
  
• Nikhil is devestated to hear this, and he motions Sonam to drive. They drive away, and Anu breaks down to the ground and starts to cry, while Nikhil is crying in the car.
• Anu comes back home, and Biji, Meera, and Amma are standing there. Anu is stiff, and they ask her what is the matter. She doesn't respond, and goes to Nikhil and her bedroom. She opens the closet and yanks out all of Nikhil's clothes and belongings. She goes back to the hall and throws them on the floor. The 3 ladies are confused as to what is going on. Anu goes back and takes out the remaining of Nikhil's belongings in the closet, including a picture of him. She goes back and throws them in the pile. Biji and Meera ask Anu as to what is going on.
• Anu tells them that she met with Nikhil today, and she has ended all relations with him. She tells coldly tells them that Nikhil is not part of her life anymore. She lights a match, and throws it on the pile, and everything disappears into flames. (I found it funny how she burned these things in the hallway...wouldnt the effect the whole house? Or burn it down? Apparently not...it was an odd scene though...and then the flames were gone in the other scenes...)
  
• Sonam helps Nikhil come back into the hospital. He is breathless and starts to cough. He leans against the wall, and tells Sonam that finally their plan was successful and Anu fully confirmed and ended their relationship. Sonam tells him that maybe doing this was wrong, and he probably will end up regretting this decision in the end. Nikhil tells her that this won't happen, because before there is even a chance, he'll be long gone.
• Dr. Dhruv responds to this, and says that this won't happen, and he mustn't worry, as HE will make sure that Nikhil doesn't die.
  
• Meera and the others are surprised of Anu's decision and ask her to re-think this. Anu tells them that she is not going to rethink this and she has already talked to the lawyer and he will come down the following day and tell Nikhil that Anu is not going to keep all the property and what not given to her.
  
• Nikhil is laying in the hospital bed and Doctor Dhruv is yelling at him for how he was looking for Nikhil, and so he was expecting to find him at the place of his death. Nikhil tells him that he should stop taking this soo seriously as he has no hope to live anyways. Dhruv tells him to stop with the nonsense, and he doesn't care about Nikhil's thoughts, he only cares about making sure he survives.
• Biji tells Anu to reconsider her decision, and asks her what she will tell Anushka when she's grown up and wonders where her father is? Anu tells them that when she first found out that she was going to have the baby, she didn't know who the father was, and now that she knows, she has no interest in him. Anu tells them that she had a whole career and life ahead of her, but she sacrificed it all, only to bring Anushka into this world. Anu tells them that life may be tough, but they will manage.
  
• Dr. Dhruv tells Nikhil that he signed a contract that he will do everything that he tells him to do, and he left the hospital without his permission. Dhruv tells Nikhil to chill out, and he will make sure that Nikhil doesn't die. Nikhil tells Dr. Dhruv that his reasons for living have all been shredded, he has no reason to live. Dr. Dhruv stiffles a laugh and tells him that there is no way he is going to die, without his permission.
• Anu continues to tell the ladies that Nikhil is no officially out of her and Anushka's life. Amma tells her that this may be the case, but how can she just snatch Nikhil out of poor Anushka's life? The child will grow up with no path to follow. Biji also tells Anu that Anushka needs a father by her side. (Just then they play my ALL TIME favorite song, Aadat, by the great Atif Aslam, from the movie Kalyug) The song Aadat begins to play, as Anu goes back into her room, and recalls what Amma and Biji just told her. Nikhil is in his hospital room, and is looking out the window, thinking what Anu said to him previous hours ago. The song goes on, and they both think of the horrid moments that just ended. Anu turns back to see Anushka sleeping, and she ends up sleeping with Anushka.
  
• Mr. Verma, a co-worker of Nikhl, is at an office with some clients. Mr. Patel, another client, calls up Mr. Verma and tells him that he needs to schedule a meeting with Dr. Dhruv urgently, or their business documents and deals will be in risk. Mr. Verma tells him that Nikhil hasnt been in the office for days, but Mr. Patel still insists for Dr. Dhruv. So Mr Verma calls Dr. Dhruv, but his asistant answers the phone, telling him that Dr. Dhruv wont be available until after 2 months. Mr. Verma then calls up Nikhil's house, and Amma answers the phone. Verma asks for Anu, but Amma tells him that although she is at home, she cannot come to the phone right now. Verma hangs up the phone and is worried that this could affect their business deal.
• Mr. Verma comes to the house, and Amma answers the door. Verma tells her that he really needs to see Anu, as Nikhil has transferred the business into her name, so she is in charge of the business now. Amma tells him that Anu is unable to come now, and Verma tells her that he needs to talk to Anu, or the deal and everything will be snatched away from them, and the business will shut down. Amma tells him that she cannot bring Anu at this time, but she will let Anu know. Verm leaves disappointed.
• Verma is back in his office, fearing that Mr. Patel will call any minute. The phone rings, and Verma fearfully answers the phone. Just then they show a lady walking into the office. They dont show who it is, they only show her skirt, and feet, walking into the office. Verma is talking to Mr. Patel and Mr. Patel is telling him to hurry up with the deal, and Verma is telling him that he needs more time, or everything will be destroyed.
  
• He continues to ramble, when the mysterious lady walks in the room, and holds out her hand towards the phone that is in Verma's hand. Verma is surprised to see the lady and hands her the phone. The lady turns out to be Anu. She answers the phone saying that she is Ananya Sachdev, the head chair person of the business.
