Well anything is possible in a daily soap .. Kudos TM ! I see your hope building up everyday as the story moves !!
But until they reveal this it going to be a torture for Rudra to have her around .. but even if they prove with some spiritual theory that this Myrah is Paro... god knows how CVs would unfold the story from the perspective of Dhruv 😭 .

first they made him believe his mother is no more and brought him up for 7 years then suddenly they show a look alike and finally they disclose it is his own mother in a new avatar !!
May be they say #suchislife to him as well 😛 More Myrah tactics more the craziness in RR !!

Mahaan CVs - seriously what the hell is running in your minds !! Do cook up the dish fully and serve it properly to us this time without half bakes !

7 years are more than enough for a person to change her/his personality, dressing sense, learn english.

Now if Paro actually lost her memory then it'll be quite easy to learn new things which are totally different from her previews life.

She has no memory of her past life so she will only learn things she is learning.

So there won't be something illogical if she's actually Paro.

People change so does their life style. 😊

I'm going to have to disagree, logic is never the answer in dramas. I'm not sure you can learn English this well in 7 years, especially as an adult with no English background and without a formal voice trainer. Myrah's English expressions without any real accent, is kind of hard to pull off. (Sanaya's English background is a big part of this) Native English speakers like the Brits and Australians have to really force themselves to be able to talk without the accent, and for some it is impossible. For Paro it would have been even more difficult since she only spoke village style Rajasthani language and has no formal education past grade 5.

Language is very ingrained and hard to lose so even as amnesiac, you can lose memories of people/places/things but your language skills verbal and written are not lost, so for her to ask about how you address family members today, kind of hinted the Myrah wasn't Paro. It's because the part of the brain that has learned language is a completely different part than where our memories are stored. Elderly people who are starting to go through dementia/Alzhiemers retain language, they may not remember what year it is or who is sitting beside them but they will able to talk to you in their native tongue.

Now I've seen children pick up languages a lot faster because they are being exposed to it more and even forced to use it daily, not only do they have to interact with teachers but with other students for 8 hours every weekday, but they are reading, writing and making formal presentations, for marks every single day. And they will even put more of an effort to improve their English very quickly since there is the added pressure of trying to fit in and not being made fun of because of their accent/foreign roots, cause face it kids in the western society can be cruel sometimes.

But as an adult English requires a greater effort to learn, because not only learning are you learning just a new vocabulary but grammar, phonetics, idioms and everyday slang, and how and when to use them. But the language pathways in our brains are set by age 12 to our native language so they tend to make English follow the rules of their native language. Like "I am going there", is "I there going" in Hindi. Most people will literally translate word for word what they want to say in English.

Personalities don't easily change instead as we grow older personality traits become more rigid and people have a harder time changing but they are not set in stone and so people can actively decide how they want to behave, you can overcome things shyness. Paro was reserved and shy while Myrah is bold, but underneath it all Paro and Myrah both have a very good heart and you can see it, Myrah's personality does not seem too different from Paro's, she just expresses herself a little more openly, and with more confidence.

To change Paro into Myrah that quickly though, Paro would have had to been very motivated or very desperate.

But of course CVs have total creative license on medical science and learning curves, so you can't completely rule out the possibility that Myrah isn't Paro yet. As I said before logic is pretty much nonexistent in dramas, you've just got to take the storyline with a grain of salt.
