So I was talking to my MIL in India today...she used to love RR but stopped watching after Laila episodes as found it too boring... so I told her today about the leap and Paro's death...She did not know about it at all...So no promos about new track in India at all? So what's the point of all these changes if no one knows about it? Anyway...

She said she loved yesterday episode and will start watching RR again... Here's hoping for better TRPs with the new track and Paro's sacrifice not gone to waste...

So why are there no promos for RR???

Totally agree if all these changes were brought in for TRPs then what is the idea behind no promos. The marketing ideas of channel is mind boggling.

Thanks for sharing the story, good to know that the show can grab more eyeballs, but here again the CVs have to develop characters and let the tracks play out properly without being in a tearing rush to jump to the next. Keeping expectations really low after what they have done so far.

Yes, even my mother and aunties have started watching the show. They have started liking RR now. I think the kids and the changes in RR will work for the TRPs.

But there should be promos, so that people will come to know about the change in storyline.

Many of my friends had quit watching RR a long time back. None of them were aware of the leap (They are not on IF) It was when we met on Wednesday that they came to know about it n the fact is that they are loving it. I m surprised at this attitude of colors! How are people going to know about the new story if they don't give us any promos!
Personally I feel now RR has all the right ingredients to click with the trp audience. But I don't know the reason for the absence of promos! Really not fair to the entire cast!

Exactly...My MIL was also telling me that BI has had big changes and I said, not as big as RR! And she had no clue...And she watches a lot of TV...Even here in Spore...no promos of RR at all and we get promos of all other shows at least 1-2 times/ half hour!
