Some are saying that RR may get axed, and possibility is high. Personally It does not bother me (atleast right now) because I am unable to connect to it. Actually its no more entertainment for me, bcz watching it makes me more sad nowadays.
I watch it for the sake of watching, and bcz I feel I should be loyal to a show (especially the actors) that entertained me so well, gave me happy moments. So I will watch it till its end.
But whether I like the track or not and no matter how furious I am, I will never want RR to be axed... for the actors who cannot get any better in their craft - they are par excellence, for each and every person in the team who makes a living out of it and for all of the them who have made efforts in every small way to make this magic happen on screen...
But God forbid if RR is axed..I have a request to you ST.
All your decisions & actions up until now was to make the TRP aunties and channel happy . Looking at it from your perspective I understand and empathize with you to some extent. But going by your past record of killing young people in love..I will retain some reservations on that.
But now if it going to be axed, and you did not manage to make both of them (trp & channel) happy...then dont you think it is time to think about us now? Your loyal viewers...dont you think then you can focus on making us happy now...for a change...since you will have nothing to lose.
RR was an epic show, with an amazing story line (that sadly got butchered)...the best actors in TV came together and made this magic happen. The leads are the best any producer can ask for. Such chemistry and acting is so rare to see. RR will be remembered by all of us for many years to come, just as even today we remember some of those old epic shows shown many years ago
But we want fond memories. We want a happy closure. We want to remember our PARUD as happy people. We dont want to remember it as a tragedy that made us sad, angry...in the end.
If RR is going to end then bring in the amnesia track and bring Paro back. Show that Myra was Paro all along. Show that they lived happily...ever-after
Give us the happy ending. Most of us read and watch fiction for happy endings. Because its not real life, its a fiction where we can control how it ends...
I know that probably we are the last in the line of people you want to keep happy. Because you know we will watch no matter what. But do this for us...WE DESERVE IT. A person who does not respect his most loyal customers will really not be worth it...
If you dont, it may not make any difference to you...it will not make such a devastating difference to us either... this is fiction, we will put it aside and carry on after missing it for a while. But right now we are emotionally invested in a story and want to have happy memories, right now thinking of RR makes me so sad.
Can you do this for us ST? Is it too much to ask...
