Ayaz Ahmed: Ramzan had a special essence of spirituality and delight. I cannot forget the Ramzan sweets and especially once the food was cooked the aroma was to die for, now that I am recollecting those days my mouth waters. In fact I never slept at all. All I would do is roam around in the night, shop a lot on the next day and have fun. I still remember the tasty biryani and sewaya that my mother used to prepare, they were the best. I so wish that those days to come back. It's not that this Eid is going to be something different; it's going to be somewhat the same. The best part as a kid was that I used to collect lots of eidi and it was utter fun to do so.
