Says a source, "RK has always been a big fan of all kinds of music " from old Bollywood songs to the latest in pop. When the portal approached him to be a partner and brand ambassador, he immediately said yes. To mark that association, he will host an evening, that will mark the beginning of their musical journey together. While he will be specially inviting a few of his close friends from Bollywood some of India's top music industry executives will also be attending the event along with a few singers. A surprise is also being planned at the end of the show and that segment will have Ranbir singing a few songs from old films and new ones."
A source says, "The actor is taking a keen interest in every aspect of this musical evening and consulting with the portal's core team to ensure that the evening is a memorable one."
