And with Rangrasiya...Saurab Tewari's Tequila Shots will not float the boat in this industry too long...and no I am not cursing...but I have only 1 main reason to say this:
He has made hearts of innocents who are real people cry and bleed in pain. He had promised them a word and not only gone back but cheated with their emotions...their feelings and their heartfelt wishes...for his own successful gain.
Yes...its true that a show employs so many people...its bread and butter for many and closing down a show means stabbing in the stomach of those employees and so to keep the show running...you are compelled to take drastic steps...BUT its very important at the same time to keep in mind that your customers are what feeds this bread and butter in the first place. DO NOT CHEAT THEM...as said in hindi..."Kisi masoom ki haay nahi leni chahiye". Repercussions of such are indeed horrific.
Any case...I have now understood why Abhinav Shukla and Saurab Tewari split up afterall...coz he never agreed to killing of characters in the show and when the former detested, the latter felt he was interfering in the creative aspect of show making which was not acceptable.
I dont know what blood and heart Mr Tewari is made of but it seems to me that he is quite a sadist at that ...something like Sanjay Leela Bhansali...who not only enjoys dark love stories (which is not the wrong part) but takes a certain amount of sadist pleasure when such love stories end with a tragedy or are left incomplete. Such people get a certain high not having happy endings to their stories...and more than likely...such people have either failed in love in their personal lives or have never gotten the guts to explore their own individual happy lives.
I am not trying to assume and condemn real people here...but I am simply saying this through an interview of SLB who had stated this exact reason and the reason why his movies will never have happy endings. Plus I myself have studied such people who have failed in their own personal love lives and thus believe that love is all sad...gloomy and dark. SAD...very sad!
Anyways...Rangrasiya for me ended on Friday July 25th, 2014 with Rudra and Paro getting their happy ending with a symbol of their love...their child. I bow out from here on and those continuing to watch...kudos to you and your strong heart. Sanaya and Ashish are brilliant actors and they may or may not create the same chemistry (coz I believe chemistry comes not from actors but their characters) but for me this story was of Rudra and Paro and their journey of love together and call me a whimp...but as much as I may have failed in love in my real life...I would only wish happy endings for everyone else...even fictional characters...coz that's spreading happiness...positivity.
That said...I would like to mention this before summing up...I can guarantee you all 1 thing...Rangrasiya from the start was slated to have Paro die in the end so if this show would have gotten its TRPs...the show would have continued with Rudra and Paro but at its culmination...they would have ended with Paro dying in the end. It was only a dark secret that was kept in wraps which they had to prematurely unwrap...and the reason why I say this...Its a Saurab Tewari creation.
Goodbye and God bless All...
Sajni...aka Shilpa (my real name as I bid adieu to you all)
