I led a witch sheer embarrassment for her indiligence.

Hermione's(witch) indiligence in picking up cat hair instead of Millicent Bulstrode's caused her utter embarrassment owing to Polyjuice Potion side-effect. She had locked herself into toilet and had refused to come out. (PP is a potion demanding exceptional care...one should be doubly sure about procuring hair, hence i said it was "indiligence:lack of attentive care" on Hermione's part)
