Barty Crouch Jr used Alastor Moody's Hair(the magic ingredient in polyjuice potion) to act as his double, fooling even Dumbledore(great-buster..he has a knack of seeing right through you.)

While my changing hues revealed an inheritance;

Newly-born Teddy's changing hair colour confirmed his inheritance of Metamorphmagus abilities from his mother Nymphadora.

Hermione's(witch) indiligence in picking up cat hair instead of Millicent Bulstrode's caused her utter embarrassment owing to Polyjuice Potion side-effect. She had locked herself into toilet and had refused to come out. (PP is a potion demanding exceptional care...one should be doubly sure about procuring hair, hence i said it was "indiligence:lack of attentive care" on Hermione's part)
