hey i agree that Alisha is way too biased and gives everyone far too much positive feedback even when not needed. I understand that she's the only female judge and likes to be a nurturer for the contestants, however at this stage the contestants need feedback of course that will keep their spirits high but at the same time be honest. You can't tell everyone who performs they are good or the so called "gem" of Indian Idol. it's good to be honest and to be positive to a certain extent, but i don't like the sugarcoating responses for every performer...it's a bit repetitive. She reminds of American Idol's Paula Abdul...the nurturing and optimistic one. Judges are supposed to be there to support the contestants, but first and foremost to critique them. My fav. judges are Javed and Anu.
