Beating him up may have been Shika's ambition in life but the way they show it is too funny and cheap.

There are better ways to take revenge than being so crude. Like the way Durga takes revenge in Ek Hasina thi.

There are ways and ways. But not this way.

I know you're not agreeing with her. I'm agreeing with you that she went too far.

I like how Durga is taking revenge. Her revenge is on the right side and she doesn't go on the wrong side. I remember Sandhya from Rakt Sambandh as well and what she did always was on the right side. But Shikha is just going too far. Molestation charges I'll accept. But beating him and getting him to pay up like that is absolutely disgusting!

Waise bhi Aditya (as Sameer) hit her first when...
She passed out as well BUT I don't remember anyone protesting against it 😕 Too bad.. Well, TIT FOR TAT and the Bible says, "An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth". 👍🏼

Yet the Bible also says that this will make the whole world blind.

She doesn't have to repeat whatever he did. She can take revenge in other means as well. The molestation charges were a great move. I applaud her for that. But the beating just went too far for me.

Hmmm.. I agree with Shika getting him into jail. But let the police beat him up. Why dirty your own hands? Ek hi baat hain. Shika beating or police beating is the same.

May be push him down the cliff and Madhu too. Why do other things which they did not do to her?

Tit for tatting is doing the same stuff. Not other stuff.

Sorry Shreya BUT that was peace loving Mahatma Gandhi's quote.."An eye for an eye would make the world blind". Shikha is just not built THAT way!! Everyone is different. It's her way of seeking revenge.
I LOVE watching EHT as well. (Dev is CUTE naa..?) 😆 Ahemm.. Durga hasn't gone through the same pain as Payal, has she?? Would Payal do the same things if she hadn't lost her mental balance? Would Payal be as subtle and sweet with Shaurya as Durga (Nitya) is? Shaayad nai.. Shaayad haan.. we really don't know!! we will NEVER know coz we are not the ones who've gone through their pain and torture (I pray we never EVER see such an event either). You can keep Shaurya in front of Paayal, and she will scratch his face till it bleeds OR she'll run away screaming! Would we be sympathizing with Shaurya or Paayal then?
Women who go through such trauma, like Shikha did, can react in DIFFERENT ways... They are ALLOWED to react in different ways. It's not jotted down in some rulebook on how they 'must' behave with their tormentors. Shikha had promised her parents that she wont cross that line where fingers would be raised on her upbringing and I think, so far she's respected that. Theek hai.. Aage usski marrzi (more like Creatives ki marrzi).😆 Hey, and how often do you see a victim actually getting a laathi (stick) & knocking the abuser out?! I liked the scene coz he SOOO deserves it! 😃

^ Ah loving Dev I see. Well as you can see in my siggy dabba I'm already showing off my love for him. 😆

Right Gandhiji said that. I mixed it up. 😊

That is so true. We aren't ones to judge without having gone through something like that (and I also hope none of us ever go through that), but still if you look at it from a third person's perspective, Durga's fight is fair and just. She isn't just attacking the man who ruined Payal's life or the couple that ruined the case. She's attacking their roots. She's turning them against one another so that they fight it out amongst themselves. On the other hand, Samaira is resorting to petty things like beating Aditya and torturing Madhu as a form of revenge. I know there is no book written on how to take revenge and what's right or wrong, but there is also a bit of moral code involved. We shouldn't be comparing, but Durga's moral code says not to resort to the same tactics that the Goenkas used, while Samaira's moral code has basically disappeared.
