Why is Sanam Bewafa? Well it is because Aahil thinks she is! HE thinks she loves Rehan! Why did she say yes to marry him? His Ammi knows about it. So she surely has done a deal with his mother?? What for? Simplest answer. Money! What other reason could there be?? She is a BEWAFA to Rehan? All so she could become the Bhegam of Bhopal?? This is what Aahil will think! Despite loving Sanam, he will think less of her now. All this time, his regard for her was high. Especially since he fell for her. He knows Sanam is a proud and independent girl, with a great work ethic. But now he will think there is another side to Sanam. An opportunist who sold out the man she loves for a good deal! Sanam Bewafa!

Today saw a major turning point in the story of Aahil and Sanam. Aahil comes like a lamb to the slaughter to marry Nida! He thinks of Sanam, his moments with her. Then he thinks of her moments with Rehan! He thinks of Rehan and his declaration of his intent to marry Sanam. He tries to convince himself that Sanam cannot be his, so he might as well give into his fate. Marriage with Nida to save the family fortune!

Then comes the moment of truth. Aahil Raza Ibrahim, do you take Sanam Ahmed Khan as your wife?? Asks the priest?? I think for a moment Aahil thought he was hearing things! The women who just said "Qubool Hai" to him was Sanam! The women he has secretly loved for weeks. The women he could never ignore right from their first meeting. The only women who stood up to Aahil Raza Ibrahim. Now he is confused?? How did this happen?? He looks to his Ammi. She says "Say Yes"! He will then say "Qubool Hai"! Of course Sanam Aahil koh Qubool Hai.

Neither Aahil nor Sanam know the real reason either of them said Qubool Hai. The misunderstanding goes deep. But when the truth is revealed to them both, they will both know the value of the other! Sanam did this for the love of her family. For her loyalty to Tanveer! Aahil did this for the exact same reasons. But one added reason. He loves Sanam. But I sincerely believe he had no intention of stealing her from Rehan. Had he wished to do so, he could have tried. After all, he is the Nawab Aahil Raza Ibrahim. Could he not outshine Rehan?? But he thought Sanam loved Rehan. So he backed off. His vulnerability was very clear. He felt rejected, but he accepted it as his fate. Mostly because he has this deep seated belief that he is not worthy of love. (Because he killed his father). Despite his bravado and his over confident and devil may care attitude, Aahil is a very damaged person.

KVB please take a bow. The transition of ARI from that first scene of season 2, and the ARI we see saying "Qubool hai" to Sanam has been remarkable. KVB has excelled in presenting ARI's journey so far. His transformation from player to lover has been truly remarkable to watch. Sanam too has come a long way. From independent business women to contract bride. But her metamorphosis from ice queen to lover will be another journey I am looking forward to. SJ is doing great too. Once Sanam loves Aahil... She will never be a Bewafa!

As for Rehan... He too will think Sanam is a Bewafa! His mother will go out of her way to make sure he thinks this. It's true he did not share his feelings with her yet. But he may have as Aahil did, interpreted their moments together as love from her side too! So her agreement to marry Aahil will make her a Bewafa in HIS eyes too! So even Rehan is thinking...SANAM BEWAFA!

Great post.

But one question.. Does Aahil know Tanveer knows of Rehan and Sanam?

I have nothing to add to your great post. I am excited to see what and how everything goes forward. There is such great potential in this story and track. So much potential. I hope it's utilized properly, and though I may sound like a broken record, doesn't take the abuse and humiliation path. Being cold, misunderstandings, ill feelings, feelings of betrayal, etc all of that is fine. But please handle it correctly and not go the same old path of abuse and humiliation.

I agree. No abuse. No humiliation. The rest I can take. Hate, misunderstandings, misgivings, sarcasm etc I can take. There will also be moments of awareness, moments of passion and moments of understanding. This could be a great journey if done well!

To answer your question. No. I don't think Aahil knows that Tanveer is aware of Rehan - Sanam.

Oh, never mind, it was my fault. I misunderstood your line "his Ammi knows about it." 😆 You are referring to Ammi knowing about Sanam marrying Aahil, My mistake.

Hmm...yes, he may certainly think less of S because of the, 'She loves R', MU.😆

But as for mercenary reasons to marry...he is equally culpable.
He did not want the money for himself but for his family (or was convinced to do so).
She did not want the money for herself but for Dilshaad.

So the only bone of contention then is the 'love' MU.

Recent articles suggest he will taunt her and give her the cold shoulder and she will be sad.
Sigh.
So get ready for 'servant', class, gold-digger, etc., taunts. 😕
I am really tired of such relationship depictions.

The only hope is that S does not remain 'sad', but instead gives back as good as she gets. So if ARI does mention 'love' between her and R, she can clear that right up...then they will be on even par.
Speaking of par, gotta go dust my golf clubs...and hit a ball straight at ARI's head.

Yes he has not proposed. But I suppose he has in his mind built up some image?? Maybe he took those moments with her as love from HER side as well? Just like Aahil misunderstood what he saw and heard, there is a possibility that Rehan in his wishful thinking gave more weight to the things that happened between them?? Now she is marrying his brother and he dosent know what to think??

So it is possible he thinks Sanam sold out just like Aahil will!

Yes. I cry for Aahil when I think of his lost faith in love all over again. He thinks Sanam is not what he thinks she is! The Sanam that he put above all other women and worshipped as an ideal. The Sanam he fell in love with, has fallen off her alter! It's tough to see someone you respected fall in your eyes. He is now hating her for being treacherous and he hates himself for loving her! I feel bad for him!

Also, side note..he looks super hot in his Dulha avatar! Loved the whole eastern look. Also, Sanam... She looks so beautiful. They both looked like a million bucks. But their misery?? Ten million!
