after all the rumours its finally happened rani's engaded to adiya chopra.

so did adi leave his first wife because of rani? did they have an affair?

yashraj makes movies with rani, now rani's with adi, casting couch anyone?

1st of all i didnt yet read any news on their engagement?!? and even if they r engaged i dont see how it is related to casting couch? Especially at the stage of career she is i doubt she needs any favors from any1.

the news just broke today, and what i mean by casting couch is that there have been romours of rani and adi being in a relationship together for a WHILE and that rani may have been the reason adi divorced his wife payal chopra (who i think he married in 2001).
so this relationship with adi might have been why rani is at this stage in her career.

i'm not trying to offend any rani fans, this is just a thought i had when i heard the news.

casting couch =sleeping with directors to get a role, and i don't think that means commitment? (directors or producers don't marry them or get engaged to the heroins).i don't think adi left his wife for rani! people get divorce for other reasons too you know, so please don't spread rumors like these. if rani and adi are togther , then i am happy for them. maybe they just get along better and were friends first ? who knows?

i;m not spreading rumours as i have said this is a thought i had when i heard the news. the commitment part clearly would have come after. i just think if u compare the timeline of adi marriage failing, rani's rise and entry to yashraj films, talk of rani and adi (and his divorce etc) there a chance that something was going on behind the scenes.

again i'm not trying to anger rani fans, i think she a good actress and i watch her movies, but after last week discussion of casting couch (preity zinda etc. re: look at sticky) i thought it would be a good idea to contiunue that discussion with this story.

How is that related to casting couch.Rani is very down to earth & dignified lady.She wont cross her limits for coming to films.She never worked with Yashraj in her early days.I have heard Amitji wanted Rani as his daughter in law initally but Jayaji refused.Is that because of ur reasons that she & adi had an affair.I m shocked to hear that Rani&Adi have engaged.She could have found someone better & of her age
