I got an idea to encourage new comers. For this the older members should comment on their posts and encourage them
What if we keep everyday like winner of the day just as an encouragement for new comers to start involving themselves by commenting and liking the posts here.
New comers means the members who have posts below 100. So the points are given like this.
Making a post - 10
Commenting in posts - 5
Liking posts - 2
(Or points can be varied for this I'd like your suggestions)
And the winner will be announced before the show begins.
And yeah there will be new comers whose number of posts are more than 100. So for that I'm not able to come up with something. I'd like all your suggestions for this too.
So what do you'll think? If you feel this does not work out also it is fine. But please do give me your views. And before this is done mods permission is required I think. What I thought is, before asking the permission let me know if people are okay with this or not and then ask the mods.
