I need members mainly to keep track of how many posts, comments and likes a person has made

So that is required for each group, newbie, senior members and goldie.

If there are many members ready to volunteer then

each group will have 3 volunteers, each to count the likes, comments and posts if any and finalize the points for that member.

So in that case we will be needing 9 volunteers actually...dunno if we can get so many...so for a start now we can keep 1 volunteer for each group and if people are interested then they can be added to one of the group volunteer

Ask Shiyaa to help you. Go, pm her and u guys can decide. Nimmi , I think you should leave out goldie. That will be difficult. Senior members and newbies is better. Then you'll need more people for counting. And many are busy in voting these days. And if u find difficult or need more judges , make a post .. then people will volunteer for counting ;)
