Dolly cries loudly..chintoo asks her not to cry..naana asks her what happened to her suddenly, but she don't stop..naani & lolly comes & asks her why she is crying continuously..dolly says in one of her fav. serial, they divided the property hence she is crying😆..naani says it is just a serial not reality..dolly says what if this happens in real life too..naani says yes it is possible hence I will do property will before I die..hearing this, chintoo, mahaan & naana excites.
Naani talks to a lawyer over phone & says yes yes the papers will be ready by evening with signatures.
All the 3 men discusses on whose name naani might transfer the property..naana thinks himself jagadambe should do will in my name otherwise I will be in problem..he says he will find out with naani & inform them & goes to meet naani.

Naani praises mahaan & say she is happy to see mahaan showing interest in business now & say after i die, u both can take responsibility of the house & business..chintoo & mahaan are disappointed with naani's word both' & goes away from room.
Badelal calls chintoo & say naani is calling him..chintoo becomes happy & say to mahaan & naana, naani might transfer the property in his name & go to her room.
Chintoo comes back from naani's room..both naana & mahaan asks him what happened..chintoo says naani has decided to make property will in my name..both mahaan & naana are disappointed..chintoo says from today good day starts.
Naani talks to the lawyer over phone & say she will take signature from chintoo on the papers by evening..chintoo smiles & looks at mahaan & naana..lolly observes all these.
Mahaan says to chintoo let god make something so that the papers should get wet, should burn in fire etc. in anger..chintoo teases him saying now nothing cant be done since naani has already decided everything & laughs.
naani asks chintoo to get ready to sign on the papers in the evening..chintoo says he is ready..Naani says she is in tension b'coz of the big order..chintoo asks her not to worry when he is there..he says he will take care of everything..naani goes away.
Chintoo asks mahaan to take the responsibility of the sweets order & see that sweets are sent on time..mahaan says i cant do this & chintoo says he has to obey chintoos's words since he is the MD & naani is making will in his name..mahaan becomes sad & goes away.
Chintoo observes his mobile & say he cant manage with this mobile anymore..H e calls naana's name loudly.. naana comes & chintoo asks his mobile..naana gives his mob & ask him why he wants his mobile..chintoo says he wants to play a game 🤢
Chintoo looks at naana's stomach & say your stomach is becoming fat & ask him to round the poll till he finishes the game..naana says he cant do this & chintoo says naana has to do whatever he says since naani is making will in his name..naana rounds the poll & sits on a chair with tired..chintoo says his hands are paining & asks naana to get him a glass of water..naana unwillingly goes to get him water.
Lolly says to dolly that she & mahaan are moving out of this house so dolly can aaraamse stay in this house since naani has decided to make will in chintoo's name..dolly says she don't allow this & say property belongs to all.
Naani calls chintoo to sign on the papers..chintoo with smile looks at naana & mahaan & says he was just waiting for this & start to sign on the papers..mahaan & naana are so disappointed.
Suddenly dolly comes & asks chintoo not to sign the papers but chintoo don't listen to her & continue to sign the papers..dolly says why chintoo signed like this & asks naani why she transferred the property into chintoo's name & say this property belongs to all.
Naani is amazed with dolly's talk. .she says which property she transferred & say she will surely make property WILL but not now & say she want to live longer life..everybody are relieved & chintoo smiles at naani's words.
Everybody asks naani on what papers chintoo signed now..naani says she is buying one more shop & taking loan from bank..so for surety chintoo has signed..chintoo continues to smile..naani says if I don't pay loan amount correctly then it is chintoo's responsibility to pay..chintoo says surprisingly what' & naani says if I don't pay the loan properly with smile & everybody laughs.
Naani says I had already informed about this to chintoo in the morning, then how come nobody knows about this & say ok I understood may be chintoo again did mazak with everybody.
Chintoo says laughingly naaniji I took this opportunity fully & says what is life without entertainment..Epi. ends here with chintoo's beautiful smile.
Today's epi. is full of entertainment..chintoo was in funny mood & laughed/smiled from start to end of the epi..everybody acted well & sumit acted beautifully in all the scenes.
