As I said, their basic characters havent changed, just that there has been a growth... in both towards each other and otherwise.

Now, Zain and Aaliya were both similar yet different in many ways... both being intelligent, caring and having immense love and respect for family. But where she always believed in doing things rightly, he was more into getting right results, so for that he will not mind tweaking the rules. And he has been consistent in that, while Aaliya's behaviour differs with situation. Both are impulsive, but while Zain mostly finds the mid way, Aaliya in her quest of being right always, lands up in trouble.

Her problem is that she finds herself too perfect to think that she can make mistakes and then learn from them. Initial days, Zain acted like her mirror, pointing it out to her and she did same with him...and he changed, became responsible from the reckless guy, Now there was nothing much wrong with her, except for the fact that she needs to realise that she cant set the world right and sometimes its better to listen than act. And also that she alone cant do much, so best to confide in a trusted person, in this case her husband. So she did that in Bawdi track, Barkat track... but post confession, he spoiled her rotten by over-trusting her and somewhere she started taking it for granted. ( She was skeptical at time of Barkat...she didnt know if he would be with her)

So she believes that he will stand by her no matter what, reason, coz she doesnt realise how wrong her actions are. In Zubair's case, since Zain believed her, she found it allright to keep going back to Zubair for help again and again...( thats y i wished, we would have got a convo, where Zain would have confided that how while he trusted her, she should have not gone back to Zubair for help)

Now, she is doing same... in medicine thing...without realising how wrong it is and can hurt so many ppl in process. For her if her intentions are right, its fine. Maybe its time to see her character growth, coz she isnt as perfect as they made her out to be...she has her flaws, and its time they bring it forth and show her taking a corrective action. This time she should realise that she has gone too far...

Very good POV Annie... Even though Usmaan might not be effected, but here i want to see Zain thinking of what she has done and correct her in private. But i doubt this will happen. If Usmaan is allright then people will praise her and Zain's wish indirectly is getting fulfilled - his dad is allright. Agree with both of you! Annie is right, Zain has spoiled her to the extent where she feels no matter what she does she will always have his support but that cannot always be the case. Loving someone, trusting them unconditionally does not always mean that person will be in the right and I am hoping Aaliya learns this lesson.

I would like it if Zain were to correct Aaliya in private, just have a long talk with her and let her know while he appreciates her efforts to get his father well it was wrong and extremely stupid of her to go against their wishes putting Usman's health at further risk.

Honestly the more this is discussed, the more I see the potential for this to turn into a track of its own. This doesn't have to lead to any rifts between the leads, it could just be Zain guiding Aaliya like she guides him.
