The way KVB said that dialogue,,,,, looking into sanam's eyes and saying " JO mujse buhat pyaar karti hai" it has stuck with me somehow... was he implying dat nida loves him n sanam dont... or to be exact was it his hurt which made him speak that nida loves him but you dont,, y u dont love me... was he trying to very covertly express his frustation and hurt ,,,,,, wat do u guys think??

p.s i wanted to say KVB is just so awesome.. wen he cried it was so natural... looks like he dint use glycerine he felt that pain n the tear came naturally... hes a brilliant actor portrayed his emotions so brilliantly,,,,, love him so much ❤️❤️❤️

I know right, Aahil didn't have to say that. That too with a piercing look to Sanam. He said it to Sanam as if to hurt her with those words. But it ended up being an echo of his own hurt emotions-- she loves me, and you don't.. So as frustrating as it is, I'm going to side with her.

I wonder why Sanam thinks it's her right that Aahil should always defend her. Every time Nida insults her, she looks at Aahil with this look in her eyes.

First saying "Are you really going to let her say all this to me?"

And after further insults, with pleading eyes "Please stop her from humiliating me!" ..

.. to which Aahil usually gives in. And when he didn't this time, she's hurt so much that she suddenly HATES him? Strong emotion, hate. But the poor girl doesn't know that it's a misplaced strong emotion! Nida is the one who insults her, but she still hates Aahil so vehemently. Oh Sanam!

Precisely. Aahil did wanted to sent the message that Nida loves me and you don't. You said it. And Coolfire agree with every word of yours. My POV is same as your word to word. Even I don't understand that why Sanam considers it as her Haq to look at Aahil and everytime expects him to defend her. Its like she is defying all the rights on Aahil, but still shows attitude to him saying that he hates her and telling him off after he saves her life by telling "Then you shouldn't have come, Who told you to come and save me. What would have happened? I would have died?!! Then you should have let me die" That day she told Aahil that he should have let her die and today she expects Aahil to defend her honor?? Why should he do that?? You have tongue in your mouth right which you wag so skillfully in front of Aahil to tell him off. Then put it into good use. Who have stopped you??!!

Exactlyyy i totally agree with u... One moment shes saying she hates him n then again in every situation she looks at him like that... Poor aahil ... The more he wants to get away from.her the more he is pulled to her.. N then even after saying all those beautuful things ( mein jitna tume apni zindagi se duur karna chahta... ) she dint even bother to think wat he was saying n the way he was saying ..all She remwmbers is that he hates him ...

Although i knew this time aahil will not speak in his favor( all of us had judged that owing to the precap ) n wen he spoke these lines even i wanted to bash him but then i got the reason fr his behaviour ... N i lovd it dat he said it... It made him speak about his love finally .. Even if dat was for his own self ...

I agree somewhat to what you both are saying. This is why I say Aahil knew he had to do this to cut off both himself and as well as Sanam.

He knows why Nida is doing this, and he knows he's getting married to Nida. True I do agree he should've told Nida Sanam was hired as a cook and not as anything else. That is only the right thing and fair thing to do as he knows Nida is being unfair to Sanam.

But he puts an end to whatever is lingering there once and for all. Because this can't keep on happening, Nida keeps insulting or saying something, and Sanam keeps looking at him. (In fact I had wondered some days back if he himself ever thought of what the hell he was going to do after the Nikkah to Nida, with Sanam still in his house. IMO, it probably would've come to a point after the Nikkah where Sanam would've had enough and left on her own anyway. Well, I mean Nida would've shown her true colors too I guess. LOL.)

Even after he does this, he still acknowledges that he loves her and doesn't even try to deny it or try to turn it into hate or indifference. He hates that it's happened, but he accepts the reality of his fate. He is an emotional mess and only managed to keep it together when Sanam's eyes were on him. And in the end, after he watches her leave and after his monologue, he closes the door from which he watched Sanam leave--and the way he did it. It was oh, so symbolic that they ended that sequence with that shot.

I also don't think he would be surprised much to learn Sanam is going to leave. In fact, I think he somewhat, somewhere expects it. How is he going to tolerate and go through his life seeing Sanam doing all these tasks Nida is making her do? No, he is not really expecting Sanam to stay on much longer.

The other thing he could've done is let her go as an employee. But even that would not be without any humiliation to Sanam.
