Amber, this has been written beautifully. Nothing to add to it and nothing to disagree with it. I agree with you on all the points justifying Sanam's current attitude taking in consideration her past and present life, her social status and her duties and responsibilities which are more important for her to fulfill than to acknowledge the thing called love. Aahil uptill now has achieved everything he has desired for without a hitch. Now is the actual time for him to put his nose to the grindstone to own Sanam.

"For me"? Where does it fit in? It looks perfect this way also. Have you watched the movie? If not, then do watch it. Highly recommended!!! Intense, agonizing, passionate love story.
