Exercise your voting rights properly. Support TRUE TALENT! It's a singing contest and by god, singing talent should be the winner. So gals and guys, don't look into the eyes of the Indian Idol contestants, don't look at their clothes and hair and smile, close your eyes to all extraneous factors and give a chance to true singing talent to show the world that music indeed lives in our blood.

Actually I was utterly surprised when Suhit was chosen in the auditions itself. There are people who really admire his rockstar attitude and I give full credit to him. He has a lot of what is called "X-factor".

But "this factor" was an important part of II-1 and II-2. It would have made sense to select him then. But now according to the producers this time round singing is supposed to be the only judging criteria.

So howcome our so called "expert judges" brought him this far? And why? Howcome they give a very luke warm response to an amazing singer like Prashant?

There are a lot of Suhit fans and that is perfectly fine, because we may vote who we like or on whatever basis. It is our right.

But what about the responsibilty of the judges ? Aren't they the ones who were supposed to find the "Real Singing Gems" from a pool of 25,000. Are we supposed to believe that Sreeju, Uma, Nandini and God knows how many more more we don't even know of are any less accomplished singers. Aren't they concerned that they will loose credibility?

I hope they do make a right decision and gain some credibility back.

I just hope that people do vote for singing talent because this is what the show is all about. If one has a lot of X-factor then it is better to go into movies or TV because that is where it counts.

I totally agree with u, tru talent is what matters and I dont think the public should vote in this matter. Why do they have judges if it comes down to public votes, does it make any sense, I dont think so at all!

Judges are the music industries gurus, let them decide true talent not the public.
