Who is the Haseena is it Durga or Sakshi😃. It is Ek Hasina thi. So I feel it should refer to Sakshi Goenka who held the power and finally became pauper. Just my take because of past usage and the way that song " Ek Hasina thi" is played in the Karz movie.

It also refered to a beauty who did criminal act. Here also Sakshi is a beauty but who has buried the crime of her son and has also attempted to kill people and have made Payal mentally unstable.
