how many days of parole he got? did sanchi withdrew her complaint?

yes i know santosh singh of priyadarshini mattoo rape and murder case uses to get parole but how Saurav is getting it despite his brother is against him

i am confused

In one of the episodes it was mentioned that Saurabh got parole because his mother was seriously ill which is a permissible condition under Indian law. As long as his mother stays seriously ill (a family doctor has to give a medical certificate to the court) and as long as it can be shown that Saurabh's presence is critical for her recovery (the mother has to file a signed affidavit), he can be on parole. Since the family doctor will happily oblige and Mrs Kabra would be more than eager to endorse Saurabh's presence as critical for her health, I expect Saurabh to be on a longish parole - say 6 months or so.

For every parole conditions apply. I think any of government officials either from medical field or from police force will come to judge themselves supervise throughly and to sumit report to court after extension of One month. so if he continues with his evil plans fate will surely put him behind bars soon. Mrs.suman will regret for the plots they both made against Sanchi. That flower vase is likely to fall on the head of Mrs.Suman to give massive head injury then Saurab's parole may get extended.Otherwise no chance
